Bought these for a 72 hour bug out kit. They are compact and light weight. We haven’t used them yet so I can’t speak to the quality or durability.

Definite must have her backpacking. I used it to insulate my tent while camping and the desert literal lifesaver.

These are great and affordable! Myself and others in my church bought these for those who didn't have homes to prepare for cooler nights so they could stay dry.

Well, ball inside.I was nice and warm didn't even know that it was storming and very cold ( Well.\nI do know it was raining because I actually , I set it up during the rain). I was able to get one use out of this and I was very careless with it. It was cold. It was rainy, I didn't really prepare the surroundings well, but it was effective at keeping me warm and sheltered, and it was really easy to put up, and I could have used it more even Even though I had ripped it in the bottom. For the price it was amazing

We delivered them to a agecy for the Homeless and the sraff was very pleased and they distribute them that day

I have not needed to use it , but it rides around in my SUV in case of emergency

It's simple yet effective design allows it to be used several ways. A full body wrap, a tent, Being 5"9 the way I tried it out was angling the paracord off a tree open on one end closed on the other with closed end sealed off with earth and debris & pointed into the wind. This gave me a good balance of shelter and warmth with no wind whipping through. This is a single use shelter but if you want something lightweight for emergencies then this is a good option.

I’m writing this review from inside the tent right now. For what it is and the cost, I’d recommend this, perhaps adding a bivvy as well. I set this up in my living room just to test it for the review and it only took a few minutes, mostly because I don’t have trees in my living room to anchor too. Still, the rope provided was long enough to improvise . It’s not as good as 550 parachute but it does the job. The tent easily fits me with my arms outstretched, and I’m about 5’10”. While there are no flaps this means you have room to improvise them if needed and fold the tent over itself. Trying that now… … it works but its a tight fit height wise. It's pretty warm in here, so that’s good. I haven’t tested it outside but it will help hold in heat. The weather is currently going to be warmer than my house for the next few months so this environment is as cold as I can get for now. It also does fit two people, pretty easily. So why did it only give it 4 stars and not 5 stars? Cost. It’s two Mylar blankets taped together and costs way more than that would cost you.
