Not a real pure copper, It is CLAD ALUMINUM(CCA) CONDUCTORS meaning aluminum but coated with copper. It will not conduct well and fast like copper and will break quickly. We call it in the industry "Fake Copper" and use it for telecomm

Q: what would better for for the future this cable or find some cat6 stranded cables to use for future home installs for my business? TIA!

Solid cable for sure over stranded cable. Though harder to work with, I believe the solid cable would be more reliable than the stranded cable. Instead of terminating with an RJ-45 plug, punch down the cables to a keystone jack and use a short patch cable to make the connection.
