5/5 what I expected 4/5 general durability -I like it! This is exactly what I was expecting, and pretty much all anyone can do to help you quit vaping, the rest is in your hands. -Feels just like I'm sucking through a cart/battery vape, there's a decent bit of air resistance thanks to the stick inside -The flavor is very subtle and fades fast but you shouldn't expect flavor from an amazon product lol. It's easy to make your own flavoured replacement stick. The stick also came kinda mangled and bends super easy (but the "cig" still maintains the cigarette shape) Again, considering finding a sturdier replacement of some sort. -It's fairly durable, I've been biting hard on it unintentionally and there's no toothmarks. Obviously you don't want to torture this thing, it's still a chew toy for humens but it's expensive. If you vape because you're a fidgety fellow AND you have strong force of will, this is great. I get medical mary J but because I'm so anxious I burn out hard on the vapes. I instantly replaced all my non-necessary vaping with this, and it's a smoke in the morning and a smoke at bedtime like things should be :D If you're the kind of bloke that's able to quit cold turkey without a gimmick, this gimmick is SUPER helpful.

Flavor was OK whenever I first opened it but overnight it taste like basically nothing just the smell of what was it would be better for someone who needed something to chew on then someone who was trying to quit smoking because it does not give the same oral fixation for me. It does kind of help to have something in my mouth, but Candy would do the same thing and probably taste better

Very mild flavor, good if you’re weaning off cigarettes but not vaping.

It's not durable... I have had this for max 2 or three days and there are already holes in the sides. I am a nervous chewer with a vaping habit so I had hoped for this to help. And it did at first... and then it broke. The taste is fine, a nice mint. not too strong, and not too weak. If you are not a chewer, this product is great in terms of functionality. It is easy to use, but honestly not something that is worth the money. The size is fine as well, about the length of a joint... and the width of a cigarette. I might try one more similar product but, this for me was a no go.

Honestly didn’t expect this to work. I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I couldn’t stop reaching for my vape, especially when I was stressed. Tried this just out of curiosity — now I’m ordering my second pack. It feels nice to hold, keeps my mouth busy, and the bubble gum flavor is actually really good — not fake or overly sweet. I realized after a few days my hand just stopped reaching for the vape. Even my coworkers noticed I wasn’t puffing all the time anymore. Didn’t think something this simple could help, but it really does. Highly recommend if you’re trying to quit without going back to nicotine.

Would have given it a 5 Star review, but the flavor stick kept falling out.

Not worth it, you can’t suck and get any air or any flavor. The bottom does not have a big enough hole to get any air through. The flavor is almost non existent at first but there and gone very fast. I chew on it that’s about all it’s good for.

Great product!!! Keeps mouth, hand, and senses busy. Good quality, good flavor. Easy to use and I just purchased more! Trying to curb a vaping habit, and so far so good. Not a miracle device but helpful alternative.
