I ordered this for my son who is 6 years old, close to 7. I went off of the size chart and thought a small would work, but it was too short and tight. My son wears a size 6 in little kids. So I ended up ordering another in a medium and it fits great. This costume has an awesome design and fits nicely like a slim flight jumpsuit. The details of this costume are great. It has several great patches including the one that says Pete Mitchell Maverick. I like that it has an adjustable waist and cuffs for a good fit. The hat is also adjustable and my son is going to have fun with the pack of stickers included. My son is on the Autism spectrum so this is the perfect type of costume for him because he doesn't like masks and prefers costumes that are more like everyday clothes.

my son looked great in his costume! we lived the fact that it is good quality and can be used a play costume when dressing up and doing roll plays. the sticker were and extra bonus,we did return the first one ordered to get the next size up so he could bend over comfortably and it have a little more wiggle room.

It’s sparked his imagination and led to many hours of high-flying adventures around our home. Our 8 year old grandson LOVES this. He grew out of his previous Flight suit and passed it down to his little cousin. Now they both play in flight suits and have so much fun. It's good quality, fits well, he's slim built, but the waist is elastic. Very pleased.

Love it. It was easy for me to fold so my two year old could wear it and it really made him stand out on his day in school.

My son loved this costume, other than it was on the small side. The quality seemed good, with a nice, thick fabric, and the patches were an added touch. He loved the multitude of pockets. He said it kept him reasonably warm, but there wasn’t enough room to fit a jacket or any other warm clothes beneath. The fabric has zero stretch, and my son was at the top of the sizes offered. According to the listing, this should’ve been big on him, so the sizing is definitely off. The accompanying hat was actually a downside, as it diminished the costume, and makes it look more like a mechanics outfit than a flight suit. We left it off, and got him some aviators instead. As long as you get the right size, it’s a cool costume, perfect for fulfilling any little boys aviation dreams!

This kids fighter pilot costume, which we'll call top gun, did exceed my expectations. I ordered in the extra small based on the chart, and it fit my kid perfectly. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the design of this costume. Not only did it fit well, but it also looks super sharp on him. The quality of the costume seems really nice. Definitely not a use it once and throw it out costume! I think my boy was the best dressed on Halloween, thanks to this fantastic fighter pilot, Top Gun, get up. I would highly recommend it for any other fans out there
