Wilton "EU" Meringue Powder 113g

Loved the meringue powder. Great for crusted frosting

Impossible to find this in the UK so was pleased when it arrived and did exactly what it should. I made a lovely batch of icing without the wastage of egg yolks, but to be clear this is not the same as egg white powder.

This is the fist time I have used this product for making sugar icing and I was astounded at how easy it was to get good icing quickly by adding a small quantity of water to the sugar and product mix and whisking vigorously.I just followed the instructions provided and the icing was available to use within a minute or so.

This would be much better if the meringue powder did not have a lemony after taste.

Ideal for making Swiss meringue buttercream. Can’t fault it.

Very easy to use

Money wasted as I cannot use this product because it has a 'may contain peanuts' warning on the pot. Allergen information should be clear in the product description.
