You can safely rely on this supplier
I purchased this to replace my aging PC, for video editing. It arrived very well packaged and was easy to set-up and run within minutes. However, I encountered an issue whereby my existing dual monitors would lose signal after 15min use. I contacted Tannas Ltd and they were quick to respond with suggestions (none of which worked) so after a week, they sent a courier to collect the PC and return it to the workshop. For the next week they kept me informed as to progress and this included a lengthy phone call with Andy who had built the machine. It was updated, checked and returned but the problem was still there. To cut a long story short, Andy and I had a long Team Viewer call and it was discovered that my monitors were the problem. Although I felt a little guilty for wasting their time, the staff were amazing and happy to help. Big thanks to Sameera, Tanya, Travis and of course, Andy. All I can say is that one should never judge a company by what goes wrong, but by how the respond to the problem. In this case, I couldn't have asked for more and would I would happily recommend Tannas Ltd without hesitation.

Good gaming rig for the price
Delivery took a little longer than predicted, and the packaging was damaged in transit. However pc was undamaged. No problems setting it up and using it. Works exactly as you'd expect, a decent gaming rig but nowhere near top tier. Fans are quiet, flashing lights are not as distracting as they look. The budget gaming pc I was looking for, met all my expectations.

Great pc
its a great affordable pc tbh, its fast and its mostly quiet, the quality is nice aswell and the storage is hella good not to forget its easy to set up and functions well

Just what I needed
Brilliant, I was dubious from ordering something this expensive from amazon but I didnt need to. Came early , packaged good, and works great. Thanks again,can't wait for my daughter to open it xmas day.

Good Product and plays all my games
The product/Pc was as described and is working very well as we speak. It's been running all of my games without any problems e.g. Skull and bones, Satisfactory, Assassin creed Mirage, Battlefield 1 to name but a few. There is no stuttering and the pc temps stay below 60 per cent on both the cpu and Gpu. The only problem was the courier that was used delivered the pc to next doors porch when they were on holiday which gave me some concern. I think better updates as to what time slot when its going to be delivered would be very helpful
