Good for hiking
Perfect axe for hiking. Easy to place on belt and easy to handle. Good quality.

Great for your hunting pack
This is perfect for bringing with you when tracking and gutting a deer out in the woods - both compact but efficient enough to through the pelvic bone and leave the mess behind. Is now a staple in our hunting bag.

Durable, Quality, Handy size
Durable short hatchet. Handy blade protection. Hole and cord. Grandson loved it, he was taught safe ways to chop wood. Lil Daniel Boone. I recommend gloves, hand and eye protection. Has hole for cord. Satisfied customer.

Not bad, not great
Overall it’s a pretty good little axe, however the head is a bit loose and jiggles. It is cast iron, however, not forged. It should be good for a few years, but not a lifetime tool. But I wouldn’t expect a lifetime tool at this low price.

Cute
It’s so short and cute. For the price, you can’t go too wrong.

Poor quality, loosens easily
Upon taking it out at the bonfire to break down small logs, it barely lasted an evening before the blade started coming loose from the handle. I know it’s cheap so you get what you pay for. Still, was hoping it wasn’t going to fall apart the first day of the camping trip.

Small and handy axe
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's short handled tool that is very easy to carry. Chops and split woods easily for our camping trip. The back side is flat and can be used as a hammer.
