The first cart arrived with damage to the "wood" pieces. We sent it back and requested a new one. This one arrived today, one of the "wood" pieces is also damaged. The packaging is very well done, with little room for movement. The damage to all the pieces that were damaged appeared to have occurred prior to putting the pieces into the packaging. Also, I will add that Amazon shipped the box (solidly packed) with the cart inside a larger box, with no packaging whatsoever, so the smaller box was free to slam around (with free surface effect) as the larger box got banged around. We gave up on getting one without ANY damage, and just decided to live with the slightly damaged 2nd cart. The three wine glass holders are fastened into the horizontal particle board piece with two small wood screws, less than 1/4" long, with predictable results. If you attempt to tighten them at all, they strip out the particle board. I will have to go to the hardware store and buy some black stove bolts and nuts and through bolt the wine glass holders down. The veneer edging around the sides of the flat pieces is not well secured. It is loose and in danger of coming off in at least three locations. I can fix that by removing it from the end and re-gluing the edging . . . but I shouldn't have to. I gave it 3 stars because of the problems stated above, but I will say that it is very sturdy, with all the fasteners it uses. They just failed in the final fit and finish.

It was almost impossible to assemble! It took us more than 4 hours to figure out how to put it together! It came with instructions but the pieces were not labeled! It was a nightmare. Do not recommend it. I normally don’t return items, and I will keep it after going through this terrible experience. Not good

The assembly had challenging moments due to the unclear instructions. Once put together, though, it looks very nice - minimalist but stylish and versatile with a decent storage capacity. Good value for the price.

It was a bit difficult to put it together, but once you finish, you are very satisfied with the final result. The wheels are a bit noisy when moving around, but it's all worth it in the end. I didn't have any problems putting it together. However, you must be very patient and observe the final result pictures to better understand their "unclear" instructions. It took us about an hour to assemble it, but we're very happy with this cart at the end!

I really want to like this cart, but the problem is that there are at least two holes are not aligned so it can't even be assembled. I had to drill into different location to make the alignment and assemble again. Also the bottom screw was designed to be at a location that there is no space to maneuver, so I didn't bother to put them all, which makes this cart a bit wobbly. It looks good if you are able to put it together. But you'd better have your own tools to make sure anywhere don't align to be fixed by yourself.

This piece adds a stylish touch to my space with its sleek black and wood finishes. However, the assembly process is less than ideal; the design makes it challenging to screw in pieces once others are already in place. Additionally, the supposed breaking feature on the caster wheels is ineffective, which might be a manufacturing flaw. Finally, when loaded with bottles, it becomes nearly impossible to move. Despite these issues, it remains a visually appealing addition to hold and display all the bottles I don’t actually drink (hence the dust).

Very well made and looks great! Easy assembly great value for the money the size is perfect the wood looks great and is super sturdy highly recommend

This bar cart is excellent quality, well made, with a sleek, modern, polished look. It's sturdy as well, since the frame is made of carbon steel with the shelves being made out of MDF wood (the box was heavy, to the point that I had to have my husband carry it inside for me). My husband was able to assemble it easily with the included instructions and hardware. This isn't just limited for bar use/beverages but can be used in your kitchen to hold your microwave and other things. Overall, I'm happy with this product and feel like it's worth the money based on the quality.
