It’s a solid 5 stars
I came back to Amazon just to make this review. I’m that impressed. This unit is solid with a good weight and tight, easy to use, fittings. The metal is heavy and beautiful. It heats up quickly and evenly without discoloration either on electric or gas stovetops. It looks gorgeous on my range which has the same copper color in the backsplash. I’m super picky about color and this is a very classic copper color. It’s not overly bright or dull or pink tone. It’s more of an umber copper. The price is fabulous.

Works well on induction cooktop
Had to replace our old one when we got an induction cooktop. It works well and it looks a lot better than it did in the pictures.

Love this!
Great espresso maker. Works fast and great tasting coffee. The handle doesn’t heat up like the rest of it so it’s easy to pour. Get it, you won’t be disappointed because it’s a keeper.

Incredible customer service!
Workmanship on the unit is very high, heavy gauge metal in the boiler. I worked with it a few times, for whatever reason, the unit I received didn't seal completely so was venting a bit between the water reservoir and the cup. I contacted the Bonvivo customer service and they were really fantastic, I've never had such rapid action on a request. I can highly recommend this company, they know how to take care of their customers!

Overall not bad, but hard to clean
I decided to keep this pot as a backup and maybe to use it occasionally. Before I bought this pot, I used Bialetti of approximately the same size for many years. And so here is my tale of why I will keep using my Bialetti for years to come, probably. This pot is of good overall quality. The build is solid and the looks are great. I really like the casket it has. It feels really solid and reliable. The first thing I noticed when I started using it is that the funnel basket is narrower than in Bialetti. It also is a little smaller and can accommodate a slightly smaller amount of coffee as well (about 2 grams less, depending on the coffee and the grind). The resulting coffee is nice and tasty, but I also feel that it always underextracts slightly, compared to Bialetti. It might not be a difference that everyone perceives and even I am not sure as I did not measure it, but just looking at the coffee that was coming out of the nozzle and it's color, as well as the resulting taste, I feel that it was not extracted as much.Another thing about this pot is that the top of the nozzle is a bit below the top of the pot itself, and it's also positioned such that coffee flows directly down. There is nothing wrong with this design, but it also means that if you are standing to the side and waiting for the coffee to start poring out, you might not notice when it starts. So you basically have to be right there on top of the pot watching it.The base of this pot is smooth and round. Again, nothing is wrong with it, but it makes this pot mostly usable only when using it with cold water. If you pour hot water in it, it will be very difficult to screw the top on.And finally, another issue (see pic), the base of this pot is raised from the bottom and has a deep groove around it. This basically means it's impossible to clean by hand (which is recommended cleaning method) and has to be cleaned in a dishwasher (which the manual says to avoid). Another problem with cleaning it by hand is that it's so narrow. If you are not careful, you will definitely break the nozzle with your hand. This is quite a poor design in my opinion.I also for some reason could not make coffee consistently. It would be good coffee every time, but in about 15 times I used it, I could never get it to use the same amount of water. I do not have the same issue with Bialetti, I pretty much always get the same number of liquid on the output. While using this pot, It sometimes got completely empty and sometimes about a third of water was left inside. I always used the same temperature, the same grind size and the same amount of coffee with it, so I really don't know what is the issue. It could be entirely my fault, but again, I don't have this problem with Bialetti. All in all, I do get good coffee out of it. I also find this pot interesting, so I am keeping it. But I also understand everyone who sends it back.

We love this!
Have never had a moka pot before. It took a few times before this item instantly made delicious espresso. The first few times we used it, It took about 5 minutes for the coffee to percolate to the top once it was hot enough. And now once it starts, it only takes a short time maybe a minute once it heats up. Once it starts percolating, keep it on low or turn burner off (we have an electric stove). We make sure we are careful screwing the top on and keeping it clean. Love the color. Highly recommend this brand. We got a 6 cup, which is good for each of us to have a nice sized either Americano or latte.

Wow
I love this. Before I had a ninja coffee machine. It could do everything but make espresso which is the one thing I actually needed. So I sold it and got this. And wow. This is easy to clean and easy to make coffee. The coffee taste amazing and a small thing but I love not having a big coffee machine on my counter now.

Brewing up!
Nice looking Moka with good seals and looks great. Not the cheapest but worth the ££££. Plus arrived very early, 2 weeks in fact.

Excelente cafetera

Looks great and works perfectly
I bought the matt black model after using a Bialetti for several years. Was a bit nervous after seeing some negative reviews of the copper model, but after a month of using it there is no flaking and it looks as great today as it did on day 1. I love it. The lower part is slightly bigger and the basket slightly taller than the same cup size of the Bialetti, so I get more coffee to drink and it definitely tastes richer. The handle doesn't get hot, the coffee doesn't spill when pouring, and it's easy to clean. My only minor gripe is that the lid feels a bit flimsy.

bonVIVO Intenca Stovetop Espresso Maker
I now have two different sizes of these, the quality is brilliant they feel sturdy and robust and the handle is comfortable to use and designed to stay cool enough to use. I like it’s made of stainless steal and has a silicon seal as opposed to rubber. Overall an excellent product that does what it’s supposed to while being a pleasure to use.
