Very slow loading everything with the AMD chip.
This machine is very slow to open, open apps, open programs, etc. Trying to find a solution, keeps pointing to a problem with the AMD Ryzen 7 processor. Or possibly the ram. I've read that the ram installed in a new unit may not be compatible with the speed of the processor. I'm told to change the ram setting in bios. There are no ram settings I get access to in bios. Have the same machine with an Intel processor, which does not do this. So far, no solution. It's a solidly built machine. Screen is great. Backlit keyboard. Lots of nice stuff. Pretty useless if your time is spent waiting for your laptop to OPEN!
