I’m giving this product five stars because they are durable, and they are useful. I don’t think these are quite for me because they are a bit too fat and it feels like too much to chew. They are also very strong so if you are a hard biter or tough chewer these are definitely your speed. If you want some thing more soft or if you don’t like chewing things that are super hard like an eraser or harder actually, then I would not recommend this for you. These chews are very hard. I thought these would suit me because I really like to chew, but maybe if they were thinner and a bit bigger. I can’t fault the product because it’s not compatible with my needs. The product is really decent and easy to clean so I can recommend them if you like chewing on hard things or rather things that don’t have much give.

This product is very good very firm at first, but after a while, it will break in and it’ll be more squishy such as teal, purple and pink. These are a very good product. The necklace is pretty long, but other than that these are pretty good.

I bought these for my daughter (3yo) since the school said that she kept putting things in her mouth. I thought these would be perfect for her since the description said that they are for kids. Once I got them, the first thing I noticed was that they were very long. They hung well past my chest, almost to my belly button (and I am not a small person) which is far too long for a child. I just tied a knot in all three and called it good. My daughter loved them and was very excited about the colors and that she was allowed to put them in her mouth. It wasn't until a week later that I saw that she wasn't only sticking the whole thing in her mouth, but almost choked. They are far too small for young children. We threw them away and ordered much larger ones. They are a great product but are not for young children like they are advertised. Please be careful!

I love this product so much, and i’m super glad it came with three. It helps me not to bite my nails so much, and all my nails were super grown for awhile, but i had lost the product, so my nails have restarted their journey. All in all, i am very satisfied with them, the only issue is that i bite down pretty hard and i have caused a few holes in it, but they aren’t made for chomping down on, so i wouldn’t worry. They are very durable, especially for children teething, i just bite like a bear. Highly recommend, especially if it’s to prevent you from biting your nails.

great for kids

We didn’t realize that these were barely two inches long, but they work for being discreet. The very tips of them can be bitten off a little, but that’s expected I think. The necklace string is very long though, so it would be nice if they were adjustable and still had the emergency breakaway clasp, or had instructions on how to shorten them. Right now they hang down to my 8 year old’s belly. I feel like they could be a little shorter and still work

Those were the words of one of my students once he started utilizing the "stronger chew" while he was studying and reading. He said the chewing allowed him to relax and concentrate on the words he was reading. Of course, this type of "helper" isn't for every student, but for those who need it (he was a t-shirt collar chewer), it is a life-saver. The product is plain, but sturdy. We wash it first in disinfectant and rinse thoroughly, and let dry before use.

Items were exactly as describe. They've helped my 5 year old reduce her thumb sucking. But unfortunately, enjoyed them so much, she chewed through 😆

Auf der Suche nach einer besseren Lösung sind wir auf diese Kaukette von Tilcare gestoßen und sind absolut begeistert. Die Kette ist bei uns seit mehreren Monaten täglich im Einsatz – sowohl in der Schule als auch zu Hause – und sieht immer noch aus wie neu. Das Material ist unglaublich robust; es gibt keinerlei Abnutzungsspuren, Beschädigungen oder gar abgebissene Teile. Besonders wichtig für uns war, dass die Kette wirklich auch gekaut werden kann ohne Bedenken, und das kann sie: Sie riecht und schmeckt nach nichts. Ein weiterer riesiger Pluspunkt ist der kinderleichte Steckverschluss. Unsere Tochter kann die Kette selbstständig an- und ablegen, was ihre Selbstständigkeit fördert. Das ist bei vielen anderen leider nicht der Fall. Den wahren Wert der Kette erkennen wir aber vor allem dann, wenn sie mal zu Hause vergessen wird. An solchen Tagen merken wir sofort, dass ihr die sensorische Beruhigung fehlt und das Kauen an der Kleidung wieder beginnt. Unser Fazit: Wir können diese Kaukette uneingeschränkt allen Eltern empfehlen, deren Kinder eine orale Stimulation zur Selbstregulation benötigen. Sie ist sicher, extrem langlebig und hat unseren Alltag spürbar erleichtert. Absolute Empfehlung für Kinder mit Autismus, ADHS oder einfach einem erhöhten Kaubedürfnis.
