It definitely works as an appetite suppressant. The taste is so delicious. You can use it in a blender bottle to dissolve it easily or stir it aggressively with a straw in your cup. It helps with hydration for breastfeeding. The quality is top notch and worth the money.

Just okay. Doesn’t taste great, doesn’t taste bad. Tropical flavor. Overhyped by social media to be honest. Did not curb cravings, but I’m sure I did get electrolytes from it. Didn’t notice a difference in how I felt from it.
