We ordered two bikes. These were our first electric bikes. We selected this brand after much research and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. They were shipped promptly and with verifiable tracking information. The bikes are heavy duty, well-designed, and solidly constructed. They were very well-packed to prevent any shipping damage. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easily followed. We found several of the assembly steps were already completed by the manufacturer before shipping. The first bike took about 45 minutes to assemble; the second about half that time. The batteries were partially charged and took two hours each to charge completely. As recommended, we started riding at a power level of 1 and in first gear. This was enough to get my 200+ pounds moving briskly slightly uphill without peddling, which is all we wanted for riding at state parks. We plan to take our bikes camping, and the folding feature is awesome, making it compact and simple to carry on our trailer rear rack. It does take two people to lift them safely due to the weight. Optionally, we can easily remove and carry the batteries separately to lessen the weight for loading. Each battery pack weighs just over 9 pounds. Batteries are key locked into place for security and are removable without folding the bike or removing the seat (like some other brands). The price for these bikes is competitive, but considering the quality and features (and Amazon rewards), they are an outstanding value. Our only suggestion for improvement is to offer wider seats for “heavier” riders. We strongly recommend this e-bike.

My daughter (12) absolutely loves this ebike. It was easy to assemble, very clear instructions and great quality. Heavy duty and rides perfectly.

It's very pink and cute, love that the seat and handlebars adjust, it folds up nicely with easy flip levers, takes off smoothly in the first gear/ setting, has a walking speed setting and will automatically go back into the preset gear after the release of a button. I've only tested it after putting it together which was way easier assembly than the brand my hubby purchased for himself, mine came mostly pre-assembled just had to add the front fender, tire, handlebars, seat and light, his came as a bunch of puzzle pieces. The headlight is bright and adequate, as well as the taillight. I didn't realize it didn't have a horn and only had a cute little bell, which he's already teasing me about, but it's cute and I have a loud voice, so I'll just holler at people to get their attention or tell him to honk, that was my fault for not reading about the bell and is no issue. The little tool kit it comes with is super handy and includes sockets,screwdrivers and Allen wrenches, which all fold into one piece, I'm gonna stick it in my purse,lol. All in all, I'm very happy with my Ebike and can't wait to go for a ride. I love that I don't have to hike my leg up over the back and can simply step thru to get on, my hips are very thankful for that feature. Battery comes with a full charge, functions perfectly, very safe with smooth take off, super easy to ride with all the adjustments. I've ridden it about 10 miles and I love it!

So far so good! I love the yellow color I chose! Just like the picture! Really easy assembly ( but I’m an experienced cyclist with some mechanical skills). Only complaint is that the headset quick release color nut is not lined up , but points to one side. It’s very tight and secure so it doesn’t appear to be a safety issue ( it’s a tube after all!) I bought the coverage so I’m not worried. It’s ridiculously fast, and level 2 is more than powerful enough for most rides so far. I did need level 5 in a 20% hill, but I still rode ip it in luxury! So far I’m pretty thrilled with this thing and really easy to charge and operate!

As others say - it is a good product with some minor faults. Works well as described - I like it most for the assistance in climbing hills - if not peddling the throttle offers fine control with just small movements as your finesse develops. Have ridden it about 50 miles so far with hardly any battery usage (still shows full though not sure how accurate the gage is yet). So far we mostly use it on Level 1 pedal assist as it feels like a natural peddling speed (about 9 mph) and have not tried anything beyond Level 2 as that is plenty fast (about 14). Frame is very solid designed for some moderate off-roading with plump 3 inch tires for good all around grip and Comfort - very Smooth with those. There was an issue with the derailleur tab arriving bent and the seller made good with a generous refund to allow me to correct it without the hassle of sending it back. All in all - I would Highly recommend this e-bike and the Seller- pretty good value for the money and seller works with you in a prompt manner. When lifting into a vehicle the battery can be removed to help lighten the load - not bad that way. Buy this - You will really enjoy it!

Bike came somewhat preassembled which made it even faster to put together. Also the packaging was amazing I see time was taken to prevent damages. So far so good it looks better in person and the adjustments for height and angles give the rider so much room for comfort. I had an issue with the headlight not working, but the after sales team worked with me through the process, and got it resolved asap. I would recommend this bike to anyone. It will mostly be used as a pit bike. Took it to Barber motosports park and it made life way easier to get around for the three days I was there. I kept the power on level 5(max) and rarely used the pedals got about 40miles before I hit the low battery notch. This was going up hill a lot as well.

This bike is my third ebike purchase in the last 7 years. The evolution is amazing! This bike is well designed and the quality is impressive. Excellent build from the simple assembly to the solid components such as the the electric controller. I find the battery system better then my previous unit, tthe solid plug in protects the battery from moisture and debris at the contacts it also allows an easy disconnect. A little heavy but makes the bike solid. A pleasant ride. Great for transporting with easy folding. Plenty of power. I'd really have to think about what could be upgraded. I really like the quality.

Very solid construction and simple to put together (although I am wrench capable). The gears shifted smoothly and I was able to get it up to the posted speed. Very pleased with this purchase.
