Helps sleep
On my 2nd bottle started taking it as I wasn't getting much sleepwas getting about 2 hours since taking this supplement I am now sleeping 6 hours took 3 weeks to take effect but well worth it.

Very good
I really reckon this supplement and I like taking it in liquid form and not capsule. Lysosomal means it gets into the blood stream quicker. I can’t comment on pain relief but I sleep well on it !
