Creatine works, simple
My belief is that the simple creatine mono works as effectively as any other and is usually cheaper too. This bottle has 180 tablets each being 1g of creatine, I use these on rest days from the gym where I won't have drank a drink with powdered creatine in there to keep my levels up.The tablets are large so if you struggle in general swallowing them you might need to break in half.Great supplement and this is a handy bottle at a great price of £9.Happy to recommend.

Large tablets
These creatine tablets make it easy to take creatine compared to mixing drinks with powders but with the caveat that the tablets are large. If you're fine with swallowing large tablets then they will be fine. If not then I would avoid these and stick with the powders.

Good size bottle 2 month supply on the recommended 3 capsule per day dose.
This is a great value creatine supplement! You get a good quantity of capsules for the price, and I like that EVO Nutrition is a member of the HFMA.I'm not a gym-goer myself, but I've heard about the potential benefits of creatine even for people who don't exercise regularly, so I wanted to give it a try. The capsules are quite large, but that's pretty typical for creatine supplements.I'm about a third of the way through the bottle now, and I'll be interested to see how it goes by the end of the bottle!

Tablets too big, difficult to vary dosage, not cost effective
I'm disappointed at having to write this review because I really hoped that these tablets would be better. Quite honestly, powder form is easier, more convenient, simple to measure and more cost effective. The tablets themselves are huge, at 2.2 cm long from end to end. I usually take 5g of creatine per day, I think many people do, so I'd have to take 5 of these - not the 3 tablets mentioned on the product description. At least 25% of the tablets in the tub had split into pieces anyway, so there's no easy way to use those with a definitive dosage without a lot of weighing and a calculator. I could weigh one tablet, then use that as a scale for the broken bits, but why bother? Just buy a tub of powder and life's a lot easier.Having considered the pros and cons I won't be ordering these tablets in future. Many people may love the tablet form, but for me at least the old fashioned powder is the way to go.I've rated these as 3 stars because in fairness they are what the product page says they are, although I must admit I did find the product dosage a little confusing. Even on the bottle it doesn't actually say the dosage per tablet, it just says take 3 so I can only surmise that each tablet is 1g. No great issue but I'd rather be told in certain terms and not have to assume. If you love taking several massive tablets, go for it! If you want to keep things simple and much easier you may want to stick with powder and drop it in your shaker.

pretty good
These creatine tablets are a convenient alternative to messy powders, especially if you’re not a fan of mixing drinks. Each serving packs a solid 3000mg dose, which is great for muscle recovery and strength gains. The fact that they’re vegan and keto-friendly makes them accessible to more people, and being made in the UK adds some reassurance on quality. That said, the tablets are on the larger side, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, they might not be the best fit. Still, for those who want a straightforward, no-fuss way to supplement creatine, they do the trick.

The most massive tablets I have ever seen
I am rehabbing a surgically repaired knee, and it was recommended to me to add some creatine to my protein shake regimen to help with building muscle. This pack of EVO Nutrition Creatine tablets claims to be made in the UK, which I like to see. What I like less is the size of these tablets. I have uploaded two photos, each one has a standard paracetamol tablet next to an EVO Nutrition Creatine tablet, and you can see just how large they are in both length and width, being 22mm by about 4mm. I have been taking a multitude of tablets for the majority of my adult life, and I have never seen a tablet quite so large. It is often difficult for me to swallow them on the first go, and I usually end up drinking around half a pint of water to swallow the one tablet.Creatine is usually found in a powdered form, which is far more economical than purchasing tablets every so often. The 180 tablet container should last for about two months if you following the manufacturer's recommended dosage of three tablets per day. Most fitness enthusiasts take around 5g/5000mg per day, and if you followed this dosage regimen these tablets would only last about 5 weeks. In the week I have been taking this creatine supplement I have not noticed any issues, positive or negative. I do not think any of the gains will show up this quickly, and I have not noticed any side effects from the creatine tablets either.Overall I recommend this tablet form of creatine, but only if you do not plan to use more than 3000mg/3g per day. If you were planning to consume 5g/5000mg of creatine per day I would recommend purchasing a powdered form, which will last longer and cost less in the long run.

Much cheaper than gummies
I can’t fault these capsules. They are odourless, tasteless and easy to swallow. The price is very competitive and they are around 1/3 of the price of the Creatine gummies that I usually use. They are ‘boring’ compared to the gummies, but I can’t argue with the cost so these get a five star rating.
