Bought these to make hand sanitizer.

I think it's okey, but not strong enough even with plenty of oil drops mixed with water.

This review is mainly for lemongrass. I bought a gallon of hand sanitizer that smelled so awful, it made me want to vomit. My teenage son even begged me to get something else, and I said sorry this is all that's available and I've got a WHOLE GALLON, so we're stuck with it. Well I decided to do some research on whether there was anything I could add that could possibly counteract or neutralize the putrid smell. Lemon seemed to be the best bet, but alas, lemon oil is prone to cause photosensitivity. Well after doing more research I found that lemongrass does not have the same problem. I decided on this 3 pack of lemongrass, peppermint, and rosemary so that I could experiment with a few different scents. I also figured the peppermint is good for other things like warding off ants, which I have an annual problem with. When the very well-packaged oils arrived, I put 5 drops of lemongrass in 1 bottle of sanitizer, and 5 drops of peppermint in another bottle of sanitizer. Well the peppermint made only a slight improvement. That bottle of sanitizer merely smelled like peppermint scented trash, but I will say if your looking for a peppermint oil for other things, this is a very good one. The lemongrass, on the other hand, worked an absolute miracle! It completely neutralized the smell of trash and the hand sanitizer actually smells wonderful! My son even thanked me for getting a "different" hand sanitizer, lol! I have since added a few drops of lemongrass to the peppermint scented bottle, and it took care of that as well. I have not had a chance to use the rosemary yet, but if I find anything significant, I will let you know. The bottom line: if you have hand sanitizer that smells like garbage, 5 drops of lemongrass essential oil per 10 ounce bottle and NO MORE GARBAGE SMELL!

I love giving a c good review and most sellers get 5 stars from me, but this purchase was riddled with obstacles, including no mention of the carrier oil, which it is mostly carrier oil, not the essential oil, and the carrier oil smell indicates it is seed oil, not coconut oil as is recommended by many for diluting. The carrier oil smells like it very borderline as far as freshness, lightly rancid, definitely not the recommended carrier of a certain coconut oil. Additionally the package implies it is concentrated essential oil when in fact, there cannot possibly be barley even in drop in the whole bottle because it is extremely weak in aroma. I literally did not smell any smell after a couple minutes applied. I ordered two boxes and they came different days. the room was dimly lit the first pkg. I've never had any essential oils delivered to me where the lids were not assembled, but these not assembled. However I didn't open the bottles of the first package to smell them yet. I just assumed they had droppers like other companies include One the second pkg, I opened it in better lighting, and I could see droppers down in the cracks of the foam box liner. That's when I realized I threw all five of the first droppers into the burning barrel. The that foam used to hold the bottles is so stiff it took a long time get them out of the grooves. I'm surprised I didn't break the droppers getting them out--they are way too frustrating to get out from that deep hole. This foam is absolutely inappropriate for fragile glass bottles, let alone, delicate glass droppers‼️ Two of the droppers went right into place in the dropper bulb, but 3 were completely temperamental. They eventually went in after a lot of struggle, in fact, too much struggle--I stress, too much to by again. The oils were too was weak to even get any satisfaction aroma-wise. It is dishonest lot to write on the label what carrier oil they are using, and even worse, to evade the truth about what oil is in there. It smells like the kitchen oils I have sworn off, common kitchen cooking oils is what I'm smelling, which I don't use even in my kitchen. The words in the package have not been professionally translated and are awkwardly said, including one part that is clearly broken talk. Why do I feel I've been messed-with?--because I've felt intentionally messed with, so I cannot buy again, ever, and I don't recommend others do, either. The picture impresses here, but not once in hand. I guess I can dump the bottles and add my own essential oils to them, but I'm not happy about those droppers not going in with a problem. Let's be honest, sellers, abd by that, I mean, LET's BE H O N E S T! Trust is destroyed when these foolish things have been attempted. Repeat buying should be the goal of every business, but this is pretty clear that they are not after trust or further purchases. Apparently I bought these before and forgot because I had never used them. Otherwise, I would not have bought them again. Super dismaying.
