I have been using the product for several years. I like the fact it is made of natural herbs. I take it daily to help me with relaxation and just feeling more normal. It quiets my mind. I notice a difference in about 40 minutes after taking it that I am calmer and my mind quiets down. I have never had any unwanted side effects from it and I have actually taken it to help with sleep. For a bottle of 180, the price is not bad at 10¢/capsule.

I have used this combination of herbs from a different manufacturer, and it was much stronger. It can be a very effective sleep aid. The label says use one. Perhaps more would be better for me. I can't speak for other people, though.

Ingredients have diuretic effects. So you may be relaxed but you'll also have to keep running to the bathroom and not sleeping.
