Sub par QA, clock at least works though.
The clock hour ring came scraped up. A pretty big scrape too. I have contacted the seller about a replacement and have not heard back. One of the smaller gears was cracked so it was crooked making it disconnect from the rest of the gears. We were able to undo the crookedness from the crack and its barely noticable from the front which is fine.Another gear did not have the E ring on it's axel making it disconnect from the rest of the gears. Luckily it was in the bag so I was able to put that on. They are tiny E rings, could be easily lost if it fell out of the bag.The hour ring had a broken peg on the back. Each section snapped with 3 pegs and 4 clips so it really didn't matter that much.No instructions. I have a big adult brain and could figure it out. But really.... Some hats come with instructions these days. It should really have instructions. 4/5 for ease to assemble. It works though! It tells the time. You have to manually set the day and month at the beginning of half the months since it does not have any logic or sensors in the clock to know to skip 31. A sacrifice I'm willing to make. The time seems pretty accurate for what it is. You don't buy this for total accuracy. That's what digital clocks, or 3 handed analog clocks are for.Honestly... For how expensive this is the QA is terrible. There isn't very many parts to check and make sure they aren't damaged. Great, the mechanism for time keeping came unharmed. But aesthetic, non critical gears came off their axel needing to be fixed. And the giant hour gear had a big ugly scrape.

Artfully Designed Wall Clock
We purchased this geared wall clock in August of 2018 and it has been in use every day since. The two (2) D-cell batteries have been changed twice during that period, only once because they had quit. It keeps time perfectly; I have yet needed to adjust the time simply because it drifted. Keeping accurate time and long battery life are appreciated because we have it mounted above a refrigerator and taking it down to reset time or replace batteries often would be bothersome. This clock is part of the steam-punk décor of a condo used for weekend/short-term rentals; we receive many compliments on it. I would definitely purchase it again, but it is doubtful I will need to. It is well constructed and should give many more years of service.

Just what we wanted
This clock is perfect for our little library. We had open wall space leading into the kitchen and a clock was just what we needed. This clock matches our style and we get compliments on it all the time! Do not listen to those reviews complaining about it being plastic.... The main middle section of the clock is metal and, for the size, is fairly heavy. The small gears on this section are moving all the time (super cool!). The 2 middle gears (month and day) and the large outer hear (hour) ARE plastic BUT think about how heavy it would be if it were all metal. And how expensive!! You can't even tell it isn't metal unless you touch it. Ours is in an area where you can get very close to it and we have had more than one person think it was all metal. You do have to change the month by hand which is not really any different than flipping your calendar each month. It was also very easy to put together and to hang.

I like this, but would love the popping and clicking to go away.
I get a lot of “ooh I love that clock” but they aren’t here all the time to hear the thing Pop and click. It might be how its put together, I have thought about using superglue, but the large hour “gear” that turns pops and clicks at different times during the day, I assume it’s because of where the seams are where the hour wheel is put together. Its very annoying and has gotten worse since I have had it. The battery life has been good, its been going since June of 2020 and I haven’t needed to change the batteries yet.

Interesting to look at
It does seem to keep time. The month wheel is not automatic so you have to turn that by hand every month. Otherwise it's ok.

My clock
There are no instructions on how to put together. At first the time ran fast and would jump off track. I finally figured out my problem. Where the lare minute wheel sits on it's gear there are two or 3 places to position it. The one closest to the pointer makes it run fast. The farthest back one runs perfect time. Now I love it!

Looks amazing
The media could not be loaded. The "instructions" weren't helpful but it wasn't complicated to figure out. Clock runs silently and looks great! I don't really understand why the day wheel is automatic but the month wheel is manual tho.

Attractive but NOT accurate at all!
I love the look and function of this clock as it makes a statement. Here’s the rub; this is the least accurate clock I have ever owned. No matter my efforts, it still is off by hours a day. I’m hoping I’m missing something but as it stands now, it’s nothing more then an art piece.
