Great lightly salted matzo's!
My step mom moved out-of-state and her local supermarket didn't carry these matzo's. She has tried other brands, but these are definitely the favorite. Since these matzo's are hard to come by locally, I have been ordering them to be delivered. These matzo's are just that good!!

Crisp and Crunchy
Streit's Matzo was a staple in my house when I was a kid. I have continued to eat it as an adult. I break the large squares into smaller pieces to make crackers for crackers and cheese. I use smaller pieces for croutons in soup and to include in my scrambled. Until recently, I have been able to buy Streit's Matzo at the local supermarkets, but they do not have it anymore. I am happy that I have been able to get it from Amazon. The Wikipedia explains the Streit's history: "The company was founded in 1916 by Aron Streit, a Jewish immigrant from Austria. Its first factory was on Pitt Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. There, Streit and his business associate Rabbi Weinberger made each piece of matzo by hand. In 1925, with the growing number of Jewish immigrants congregating in the Lower East Side, Streit, along with his two sons, moved his business to nearby Rivington Street. Soon thereafter they bought the adjacent buildings, where the company operated for 90 years, before moving in 2015."The product that I received arrived with all of the matzo squares intact. The crackers are fresh and crunchy. The use-by date is two years from now, 2021.

My husband's favorite
My husband has tried multiple brands and this is his favorite. He uses it like a cracker, mostly with hummus. We used to be able to get them from the grocery store but have had to order online. I hate paying the extra money but it makes him happy. :)
