In practice, I prefer this: it gives me the flexibility to rearrange or remove the shawl entirely without compromising the main toga.Fit & Sizing: The toga itself fits true to the advertised size. The length and width allowed for easy wrapping and tucking, and it stayed in place throughout the evening without constant readjustment.Ease of Assembly: Putting the toga on is straightforward—no complicated fastenings or pins required. The unattached shawl slipped over one shoulder easily, and I could secure it with a simple knot or leave it loose for a more casual look.The only minor drawback is the lack of a built-in drape/shoulder attachment, which might disappoint anyone expecting exactly what’s pictured. In my case, however, having a separate shawl gave me more styling options. This costume was for a high school spirit week event. This costume fit my son well. It was well made but the material is light, so you definitely have to put something on underneath. It was a good buy.

This toga looked great on my son for a history presentation that he gave. It was of good quality and it made him look like a Roman citizen. This would make a great Halloween costume as well.

The material is very thin, almost sheer. The fit is good. The value: it was inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. After all, it's a costume.
