Amazing innovation by TenPoint with the AccuslideHowever, TenPoint should mention somewhere, that the Acuslide can potentially break if you over crank, unlike the Ravin crossbow. While the TenPoint is safer, the Raven is better built.

There was an issue with the product when I received it but they’re great customer service got me in replacement in a matter of days.A++++

My husband loves the bow. Disappointed that the scope was broken. He had bad customer service with ten point, in the past with other ten point products we own customer service was excellent. After much hooplah we finally got a new scope and all is well. Just disappointing to pay that much for something and it arrives broken☹️

String broke within 20 shots

Obviously Ten Point is having issues with the string on the Vengent cross bow. My string and cables have to be replaced after 30 shots. Ten Point web site states the cables should last two years. Ten Point does not cover strings and cables under warranty. Contacted Ten Point (terrible customer service) told me it will take 4 weeks to get new string and cables. So here I sit with a cross bow during hunting season waiting for strings and cables. Should have purchased a Ravin.
