10/10 if you’re ok with a smaller size
bought this cintiq as an upgrade for my ipad pro 11” 2018 (specifically for space). i was concerned at first that the drawing experience would feel delayed or laggy (because of the refresh rate and input latency being worse) but i encountered nothing of the sort. it felt on par with my ipad pro in terms of responsiveness which was a very welcome surprise.i didn’t have any scary whine noises or fan noises (that i could notice at least). setup with the usb c cable didn’t work for me so i had to go for the USB-A and HDMI approach. the HDMI cable has to go into your GPU by the way. apart from this there wasn’t really anything to fault with the tablet.the screen is basically perfect. flawless res, colours and the surface texture is the perfect blend of smoothness and texture (a bit smoother than paperlike screen protectors). the touch is also surprising, scrolling is super responsive and smooth almost like an ipad but things like rotation and zooming do have a small stutter in clip studio paint + photoshop. may be a software thing but i’m not sure. in clip studio paint, touch gestures from pro create worked also which was v welcome.overall the tablet is fantastic and on par with the ipad pro. unfortunately after taking into account the program UI and a reference for the drawing area you have is the exact same as an 11” ipad pro with procreate. honestly heartbreaking because i loved the cintiq so much but there just wasn’t much benefit to keep it as my main reason was the size. from here on i might order a larger huion/xp-pen and if that doesnt work well then an ipad 12.9” (the 24” cintiq pro is wayy too big for my desk but if i had the space i would get it without blinking an eye)hope that helpstl;dr: 10/10 if you’re ok working on a smaller size

Buy a two fingered glove
For me everything worked great out of the box. I get 4K, nice remote handling, nice weight on desk holds it in place, easy to draw with. You do need a glove to get your hand to slide smoothly over the screen.

Happy I bought it
I really love this thing. At first I felt a little guilty about buying it, since it was so expensive and there are cheaper alternatives out there. But it’s pretty wonderful. I love the fact that I can rest my arms on it, too.

Great product for all creative apps, not just drawing
Good screen quality and flawless pen operation. Works well on Mac and PC, the touch is far more suited to a windows environment at the moment. Although it is expensive you do get what you pay for.

Good, but very unwieldly
I don't feel like it was clear this screen requires a laptop style power brick to function. The cable is stiff, thick, and way too short. This was the reason I returned it because my desk is so cluttered power supplies for my laptop, screens, other laptop, desk riser etc.It was such a pain to get it in a position where I can use it and not interfere with anything else. The screen was superb, and only falls short of an OLED. I sat comfortably for hours staring at it, drawing and lost in my imagination. When I had to move my keyboard around though, it was just a nightmare again. I can picture the cables breaking the ports with frequent use and replugging them in.I frequently wanted to put it in my lap or move it to the side as I'm drawing but this isn't realistic with this tablet. The multitouch rotation seems to stop working a lot. This might be down to Corel Painter rather than the tablet but I have heard other reviewers say the multitouch is flaky. The pen was comfortable and a joy to use. Fast and responsive, with tilt recognition altering the brushes to new and interesting shapes. It was a very pleasant experience using the tablet.Seperate to the screen quality, I feel like the screen resolution is too high for a screen that small. I had to boost up the scale and layout settings to make things readable, and menus clickable. It's very difficult to read at 100%, better at 150%. Windows defaults it to 300% but this makes all the click menus way too big.If you have a lot of desk space, will set it up in one place and never move it, this is certainly a fantastic option for any artist.I did like using it, but the cons outweigh the pro's. I'm going to look for one that powers off usb cable or a standalone drawing laptop or tablet.

Unable to get it working
I am simply unable to get it installed and working on 2x Windows 11 devices and 1x MacBook Pro.It simply does not identify the device despite installing latest drivers from Wacom website, going through several support videos.Support does not have option to contact support via email, and expect you to provide serial number which is only available on card board packing unlike something you see stick to the product.Extremely disappointed to see such poor product despite costing several thousands £££.

Major improvements compared to Cintiq 27QHD
I have been using the Cintiq 27QHD for the last couple of years and I was really excited to try the new Cintiq Pro 24 Multi-touch pen display to see the differences. The 24 inch screen is an ideal size, fits much better on most desks compared to the bulky 27 inch model. The 8192 pen pressure levels is a massive improvement, but probably the most noticeable difference is the screen resolution and color accuracy. Looking at a 4K screen with 99% Adobe RGB gamut while drawing is an amazing experience.Another big advantage is that the previous generation Ergo Stand is compatible with this new pen display, so I didn't have to invest into a new one, I could just swap over my previous Cintiq with this new one. Great job Wacom, as always!
