Decided to give these a try after using Depends Silhouette for years. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well these fit versus the others! A couple of years ago they changed the fabric used for the Silhouettes and ruined everything about them. I have MS which has caused me to have a neurogenic bladder. Sometimes it just leaks and sometimes it will empty before I can get to a bathroom. So it’s very important that I can trust that what I’m wearing can handle a little or a lot.After using these Always Boutique underwear, I am blown away at just how different they feel!! For one thing, I don’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper! I’m amazed that they haven’t leaked around the leg openings considering how much more narrow they are. I never thought I would ever say that a product such as this would fit and actually feel normal.The second best thing about them is they do not sag or start sliding down at the slightest leak like the Silhouettes did after they changed the material they used. It’s a HUGE difference! I’m no longer having to worry about my underwear sliding down (along with my pants) when I’m walking. These don’t get stretched out in the waist after a couple of hours like Depends.Basically these are a game changer for me! I hope they never change or stop making these.

I picked these up to wear during my period, as heavy flows tend to leak some and sometimes stains my undies and clothing.Normal period panties go for a bit and I'd need multiple pairs to actually make it through the whole period.With these, I wear them like I would normal panties, and dispose of when necessary.Very absorbent and stay discreet, though the high waist isn't always preferable.There can be a leak sometimes if I've been on one side while sleeping or something, but otherwise these are much better and even more comfortable than most pads.

I bought these for postpartum based off of a recommendation from a friend of mine. She said it was better than the underwear the hospital gives you. She was 100% right. This underwear comes with a built in pad and it’s just the right size for you to stick tucks in there and/or a perineal ice pack or both really. I’m 9 days postpartum and haven’t experienced any leaks. I was worried that I was too overweight to fit in them properly, but I definitely wasn’t. I’m currently 257 lbs and I purchased the XL. I’m also down 18 lbs from giving birth and they fit prior to the 18 lbs weight loss too. I would highly recommend these.

I'm 5'4 370lbs and the 2x are plenty. They're made big so their not snug but you may want to just make sure you push the crouch up to you for extra security.I wear them because my meds

Product works well, no issues whatsoever. Have had on auto ship for quite some time now. Love the discreet packages, convenience and price point. However today was informed by the post office they will no longer deliver to our home. We are less than a mile from the post office, easy to get to and no pets or any other issues that would impede delivery. Very disappointing. Hopefully the shipper can make other arrangements for shipping. Trying to figure out how to get in touch with the shipper now.

I wore these on a long trip. They worked well but I hated their smell to me even though they don’t stink they have a fake powder smell which to me stinks and I felt like everyone could smell it. I was self conscious the whole time wearing them.
