Box crushed
I'm a fan of Birkenstock shoes and have been wearing them for years. Recently, I purchased a new pair which arrived in a crushed box. Why? Because the shoes were put into a plastic bag instead of a box. Common sense, which clearly seems to be lacking in today's business world, dictates that shoes should be placed in a box to protect both the shoes and the box itself. However, it seems like there is no concern for customer service nowadays. I'm disappointed not in the shoes, but in the condition they arrived in.
