Daughter loved this advent calendar. As a future forensic scientist, she liked the fun approach to the advent calendar.

Fast shipping. I bought several of these prior to last Christmas to give some of my family members something to do leading up to Christmas. They seemed to be a big hit !!!

I don’t really recommend this product. The concept is very cool, but the execution is very poor. There’s a fun story/murder each day, but the story is irrelevant to the clues. That’s a missed opportunity. The clues should relate back to the sorry, or the rather the story should also hold clues to solve the puzzles, otherwise what’s the point of the story. Also, some of them have very broken logic, and make some leaps. Even the answers in the back don’t explain the logic sequences. Too bad.

The media could not be loaded. This has made everyone in my family more excited for xmas and has gotten us in the spirit! I love the challenge and it gives me something to look forward to everyday. Check it out!

These were just “OK “. It’s like a one page murder mystery to solve and not really escape room type book. For some people, I’m sure it’s what they’re looking for, but it’s not what I was expecting at all. We got a little frustrated with it and we did not complete it.

Purchased for my adult daughter who loves 'Escape Rooms'....she said these were challenging!!! not sure if that is better or not!!! Just saying!

The puzzles in the book were fun and we looked forward to solving them together. There were a couple puzzles that weren’t solvable without looking at the hints since the logic didn’t work. There were a few editing errors as well that made things a bit confusing here and there. Overall, the puzzles were fun to solve and it was a great way to spend some time together.

This is not the high quality puzzle book I was expecting.Puzzles jump from too easy and unsatisfying to bafflingly obscure.The “illustrations” are just bad AI-generated images full of nonsense. Text was not proofread for errors. I’m not even halfway through the month and feel like tossing it just on principle. Disappointed, to say the least.
