Ive used so many products to help my muscle aches and when I randomly get pain in my knee, shoulder just from general wear and tear I’ve tried freeze sprays, gels, ibrubrofen gel the strong one from the doctors, Voltarol you name it I’ve tried it nothing has seemed to work when I get a flare up until I got told to use tiger balm that has been around for years so I thought why not may aswell tried everything else I thought I’d get the white ointment to try as I was told the other stains so I thought instead of buying 1 which worked out more expensive get 3 small tubs as only need to use a small amount so when I opened it it has a real strong menthol smell I used a small pea size as instructed on my shoulder and then on my knee I thought I can’t feel anything until a bit afterwards I felt this cold sensation like it was being frozen and I honestly used the most small amount of balm the smell does linger on the skin and I washed my hands straight away about 3 times and I could smell it on my clothes so I’d say wear old clothes or clothes that need to be washed anyway the next day honestly the pain my in shoulder has gone and my knee it may flare up again but I can honestly say this product is unreal!

This is great for muscular pain. Repeat purchase as ut works so well and so much cheaper than buying a jar at the chemist

We have used this balm since we were in Singapore in the 1960's. It was good then and is still good today.

Use on all pulls, strains and aches , find a lot of relief and the white doesn’t stain clothing
