PROS: 1.) Active noise reduction 2.) Alternates the sound every 5 seconds between the two cameras and you can see both babies at the same time 3.) If the power goes out the camera has a built in rechargeable battery, so you can still see baby 4.) 24/7 recording (for this feature I believe you have to have a c10 micro SD card (max 128gb) installed into the camera. I have ordered a sandisk extreme C10 128gb for my camera) 5.) Comes with a crib mount 6.) Sound alerts to our phones , option to use critical alert option so it bypasses silent and DND modes on your iphone7.) 4K HD 8.) Camera has a built in battery, if power goes out you can still see baby 9.) night vision10.) Cameras LED light auto turns off in the dark 11.) Works with wifi and non wifi, so no problem if power goes out & since camera has built in battery 12.) 2 cameras and monitor bundle on Amazon is currently $359. 13.) User manual states you can connect up to 4 cameras to this monitor as well, however I’m not sure how many the split screen option shows at once. 14.) App access to view cameras from phone CONS of Eufy E21: 1.) From the reviews, it appears they are working out some kinks with the sound and other reported glitches 2.) Users have noted that the monitor doesn't play an active noise/alarm when monitor is dying or when/if camera disconnects, so you could possibly sleep through not being able to see or hear babies through the night without that alarm feature. 3.) Users have noted when you switch the wifi off, it doesn’t actually disconnect. Users have noted that Eufy support has said they are working on an update to this as well. 4.) I do not believe there is a floor stand. Not sure if pro or con of Eufy E21: 1.) User stated as a pro, but I see it as a con, monitor unit does not have a kickstand. However, it does have a charging base for it to sit upright on.I am also not sure if the Eufy requires a monthly subscription to use the app. I will provide updates when I receive the unit (set to arrive tomorrow) and begin playing with the app and setup.UPDATES AFTER INSTALL USING FOR 2 WEEKS:Monitor does not need a kickstand as it has a large base to support itself.Night vision appears as good as my infant optics.Active noise reduction isn’t great. My infant optics completely erases the sound of the noise machine, and I can hear baby clear as day. However, with Eufy, I can’t really hear the baby over the noise machine. I only really know he’s making noise when the app alerts me.The camera records noise alerts, so you know what baby was crying about. Love that!No subscription seems to be needed.I have not had any camera disconnection issues.

Using for 1 month and so far this device is excellent. Purchased for the high picture quality, ability to operate without apps and wifi for security, and the camera portability is convenient for travel and moving to other areas of the home.Lots of good configuration options for the Vox only when there’s an alert, or audio always coming through of you want to be able to hear everything and not burn the battery.Would like to see an option for motion detection events. I know babies move a ton in their sleep, but I would appreciate this feature for monitoring and for recording.

I really like the features of this baby monitor. The Pan-Tilt and 8× Zoom feature is incredibly useful and the Ultra-Clear Night View is excellent for keeping an eye on my baby in the dark. I was pleasantly surprised by the active noise reduction tech - it works like a charm. The Hybrid Wi-Fi and No Wi-Fi Connection options are extremely convenient and the Portable Camera with a Built-In Battery is an added bonus. Overall, I am impressed with the performance and features of this product.

Love this baby monitor a lot! The picture is super clear even upon zooming in. The built in battery makes it easy to move the camera to other parts of the house as needed. The display is also very well built and battery lasts a longs time.

I really wanted to like this monitor, the app was flawless. It truly was 4K on the app. The monitor itself is really nice. The camera is really nice. The problem is the monitor struggles with signal/ WiFi connection that it promises when the local connection is poor. I only got one bar or lost connection or maybe 2 bars of connection in my living room, which is only 25 feet away from the actual camera . I have tried Babysense, VAVA, Vtech, Nannit and now Eufy. So I have tried my fair share of monitors. This one is the only one that couldn’t connect from 25/30 feet away. If they could figure out how to make the monitor connect from further away. This would be a flawless design. I hate to send it back because I truly love the camera not needing to be plugged in if you travel somewhere. Which we do. But I will have to go back to my Babysense camera, it connects truly from hundreds of feet away. I don’t know why this gets 4/5 star from all the other reviews. I can’t be the only one struggling. Especially since Eufy even sent me a replacement monitor and that one didn’t work either. So be warned that you may not get connection from the local parent unit. The phone app is wonderful but not all parents want to use their phone 24/7 because the monitor struggles.

The 4K camera and build quality was great but two way talk using monitor's microphone doesn't work (probably a defective monitor). 24x7 video recording playback never worked even after 4 days of usage, storage shows 24gb utilized of 128gb.Note: I have updated the firmware of camera and monitor but the issue still persists, hope this helps.-----Latest update: Eufy customer service team was able to help me fix the issues and I now see the above two issues resolved and now the baby monitor works great.
