Purchased this carry on because I love the extra features and the design. I wanted to get away from a zipper case. I hate not knowing which way to open my case or which zipper expands the case and which opens the case. I wanted the clips to close the case and also like having the lock features so no one case get into the case with out the code. Except TSA of course. I love the cup holder and the laptop space and the phone holder. The handle seems sturdy enough the hooks on the side are great too when you shop and want to not have to carry a whole bunch of stuff. The inside has plenty of space for a carry on and I like the different two compartments. The wheels move easy enough and the case is light weight so easy to maneuver.

Great value and design.

Excellent luggage. I've bought the larger 24" one and this is my second purchase of one this size. I like all the features including the cup holder, side clips to hang extra bags, phone holder, charge feature along with the core features of great rolling wheels and locks. I think the side pocket cuts into the space, especially on this smaller 20", but if you don't put anything in it, it's won't really impact space.

I was initially impressed with the luggage because the material seemed superb and durable. It felt sturdy and looked like it could handle some heavy-duty travel. However, I used it for a single trip, and it already started with a dent. For something advertised as durable, I expected much better quality. It’s disappointing because it didn’t live up to the expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for frequent travelers.

Okay, so: I saw this advertised on Instagram, different seller, and I was intrigued. But wasn't sure about buying from this vendor. Much safer to buy from Amazon, esp. Prime. The bag arrived today, and totally lives up to the hype! Well-packaged, well-made. Took me a bit to figure out the compartment for the laptop (the release lever is on top), but it's really a great design. Cup holder, hook for small bag on the side, latches and not zippers. Set up to charge your phone (you provide the power pack, but I'm cool with that). I felt like Q in a James Bond movie, showing the various features to my husband! Also, the dark green color that we ordered is really pretty, subtle. Can't wait to take it on our next trip!

I love the luggage. I initially bought the smaller model, and wanted the larger as well. It's an attractive design, wheels roll great and I like the other features like the cup holder and phone holder in the handle. I have not used the battery charger capability, only because I know you have to remember to take it out before checking it. I think the side pocket is maybe more applicable for the shorter unit, as it does impact some of the inside room. That said, if you have nothing in the side pocket, your internal main area can expand into the pocket area. Overall, I'm very pleased with it as well as its price vs. the other identical luggage brand charging a lot more for the exact same thing.

I bought this to use on a flight. Seems sturdy, wheels worked good. Material seemed to be great. Great value. But the insight is small. The side pocket takes up a lot of space in the main compartment.

I took my first trip with this piece of luggage. I went on a cruise and I had to fly to my cruise. This luggage was amazing. I love charging my phone I loved being able to carry my laptop in there. It fit in the overhead. I will never check another bag, thanks to this luggage, truly truly loved it. If anything changes i will edit this review. This was my first trip with it.
