Great product

Initially, i thought this lock was going to be the type of small typical standard domestic escutcheon. However, these are much larger and more the type with a whole key lock in the central location such as you might find in offices or some PVCU doors. They have a good weight to them and seem solidly made.

1) The screws that come with this are extremely soft and your screwdriver will almost certainly round the slots off.2) Distance between the connecting bolts is slightly too great and some re-drilling was needed.3) Because the outside edges of the covers are not radiused, the product looks slightly bulky when installed.4) Not sure how durable the finish is. Time will tell!

Having invested quite a considerable amount hard earned into new oak doors for our houseWe wanted some decent quality satin finish hardware.Door handles were sourced from a local DIY store, but they didn’t have matching thumb turns so I looked on Amazon and found these.They match the handles and look great.Very pleased with them.

These were used to cover the keyhole on my gates as the lock protrudes quite far from the wood and it looked 'messy'. The covers came complete with fixing screws which avoided the need to purchase more and they hide the barrel of the lock well.They are well made and even though I have fitted them outside, they are decorative enough to be used on internal doors without being too industrial looking.
