It’s not the one I ordered, I ordered the green frame work with green top, and bamboo cushions, I got the black frame work , Bkack top and green leaf printed cushions, it’s very comfy and sturdy but not the one I wanted , but don’t want to pack it up and send back .

Nice and strong. Comfortable. But, I am 6ft tall and I find the seat to be a little short. Could do with being 3 or 4 inches deeper. (IE from where it joins the back to the front edge)

So ordered the swing with the Bamboo leaf cushions. Weds the frame came followed on Thurs by the cushions. Would have been nice if we were informed the product would be coming in 2 deliveries.The cushions were the wrong cushions - their is a choice of 3.....how can you send the wrong type!!?! Words fail me.Lastly the frame has a defect in the way of bubbles on it but after assembling it for my elderly parents do i really want to take it all apart and return it.

I couldn’t wait for my swing to be put together, My husband said it was fairly easy to assemble.It is very robust and sturdy. It is also very comfortable...as you can see. It did cost more than our oldswing which was very basic and didn’t have lovely padded cushions like the new one, but it wasWorth the extra money as it will last much longer. I would highly recommend this swing seat.Very happy 😊

Thios is a *5 star* quality hammock which we are very pleased with and very well made and good value for money. The cushion thickness could do with being deeper, but overall very good.

This garden swing has been nothing but trouble from day one. Firstly the bottom bar and bolts at the back had to be replaced as they would not fit properly. The canopy cover has nothing to hold the sides in place in a strong breeze and the wind just blows the cover up one end of the canopy. In spite of emailing the company and sending pictures of the problem as requested they just sent another cover exactly the same. I have now had to make some pockets for the corners to hold the cover in place. I have also had to repair the stitching on the sleeves of the cover and all the tapes on the cushions as these are all coming undone. The plastic nut that is used to tighten the canopy at the sides now will not turn the nut on one end as it has just disintegrated in the middle. All these problems have occurred in the ten weeks since we started to put the swing together. Frankly the finish on this product is very poor indeed.

I bought the swing about 5 weeks ago just before the warm weather, the frame was an easy build and comfortable cushions. The big disappointment is the cushion covers are not removable, the instructions say wipe with a damp cloth, not very good when you have exited grand kids on the swing covered in sun cream. The cushions are now stained and spoiled.You can greatly improve this product by supplying cushions with removable washable covers.I have had the swing 5 years, the frame is in perfect condition, shame about the cushions and canopy. I throw them away last year they had biodegraded in the sunshine and fell apart. I am now trying to find new cushions and canopy from an other supplier that I can clean and won't fall apart in the sunshine.
