These capsules are not small, but they are a pretty pink coated capsule with no discernible smell or taste. Thankfully it is only one capsule per day to swallow. I have been taking them for a few weeks, and I have not experienced any side effects, gastrointestinal or otherwise. I really have not noticed any improvement in any of my symptoms, but I do feel like I have more energy lately.

It has been 3 weeks, and I have very little change in how I feel. I still have bloating and there has been no change in libido. Night sweats weren't a problem to begin with. I do feel a bit more energetic, but I am not sure if it's because of this or my better diet. These pills are easy to swallow, and I like that you only have to take 1 single pill a day. I had ZERO adverse effects, so that is a very positive thing. For the price, I am not sure if I would buy these again.
