Very nice and well admired by freinds and family, arrived on time and well worth the mkney.

Instructions were followed accordingly and once the lamp was filled with water it started leaking from the bottom, not fit for purpose, AVOID.

Bought for my 7 year old grandson & have since bought 4 more !Excellent for the price.Fun easy set up.Relaxing ,colour changing lights.

Needs more fish
Was not sure when it arrived if it looked as good as I was expecting. My grandson and I set it up and it looks the part. Fascinating to watch, love the colour change. Down side is it looks very 'plasticy' needs more jellyfish but reasonable quality for the price.

Spidery legs
I ordered this jellyfish lamp from the Amazon brand Faithorse. it works well and as expected. I appreciate that it runs on 3 x AAs because I don't have to worry about kids, electricity and a watertank in the same place (well at least not toooo much). It was easy enough to set up - I didn't use distilled water but I did use boiled filtered water, I have no idea if this makes any difference. The colours change over time if desired which itself can be quite mesmerising.I don't however find it particularly restful. I think I would prefer to spend more and get a more realistic lamp. The jellyfish have very thin spidery legs which is not very jellyfish-like, and when they move and catch a little warm front in the water, the legs dance very quickly, not slowly. The legs move upwards first before the body - which doesn't seem to mimic nature - and also get tangled up with the legs of the other jellyfish, like a little underwater battle.I ended up taking one of the jellyfish out as I felt it was a little crowded. For me, the jellyfish move a little quickly for it to be specifically hypnotising or restful.To be clear, the mechanics of the light work very well, but the jellyfish itself I'm less keen on. But It's not expensive and its fine for kids who have no prior expectations. However I'd like to source something more 'floaty' to do the floating, if you know what I mean.If you have a look at the videos rather than the pictures, you will see what I mean.Three stars.
