Ease of use and quality of product
I've been searching for a way to feel more present and connected during my numerous Zoom and conference calls, and the iContact camera has absolutely delivered! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the simple and intuitive setup. Seriously, it was plug-and-play in the truest sense of the word. Within minutes, I had it connected and was ready to go. No complicated drivers or frustrating software installations – a huge win for someone like me who just wants things to work seamlessly. The video quality is also excellent – clear, crisp, and with good color reproduction. I've received compliments on how clear I look, which is always a nice bonus. While the improved eye contact is the standout feature, the solid video performance definitely adds to the overall positive experience.

Super Cool But Quality of the Video Isn't There.
Idea was good. Set up worked. Problem is quality of the camera is really low and software is buggy. I was super optimistic but no bueno.

Looking for a camera for zoom calls? Ok read this
Alright, it’s sort of sad that no good options exist to fix eye contact issues when using a monitor. Your options are this, then the plexi something which is a fancy plastic thing for $150 or get a tripod or something which does not work for zoom calls. That said here is the good and not so good about this. The camera is not Logitech! First it is an average camera equivalent to a $50 cheap camera. It’s no Brio. However it is good enough for general meetings. Not great if you are a content creator. I recommend getting the plexi something and get a high quality Logitech camera. But it works and is not obstructive when working on a monitor. Well you get used to it. It’s better than the plexi something. It is low profile enough to not be super buggy. There is no lens cover, but you can buy one from their website site for $8. Why? Well they know you will so they can charge for it. The camera arm does not adjust. So you will need to change the height of your monitor. Really? Yes. Maybe in the next version. When folded up, the camera does not swivel which means your video is vertical. Some conference apps allow you to fix that, however it seems you are on your iPhone as it is no longer wide length. On windows you can use apps such as Camo to fix that. But seriously why not let it swivel? Overall, it works and does what it is supposed do. But for this price these basics should have been fixed along with a better quality camera. Let’s hope they can fix it in v2 or Logitech comes out with this obvious feature. Or Zoom or Google can figure out how to use AI to fix eye contact / panning in real time on commodity laptops. Until then this is good enough, just does not feel worth $190!!! Ps if you plan to use a usb hub or a docking station it is sort of buggy on windows. Either get a docking station with its own power or have fewer usb devices connected otherwise it refuses to turn on.

Exactly what I was looking for
I have been looking for a camera that allows me to keep eye contact with the people on the other side of the screen. I work from home and use 2 monitors in a regular basis. I have 27'' monitors and a camera that goes always on top of the monitors does not help when on video calls. I tried using an arm to position the camera in front of me during the calls, but it would obstruct the screen. I tried a tower camera but it would do the same. When I saw this camera I decided to give it a try. I love that I don't have to move the camera from place to place, it remains sitting on top of my main monitor and, when I get on calls, I just pull the lens down and it is not intrusive at all. The lens is at my eye level and I finally feel like I am making eye contact with the other callers. This camera has great resolution and the picture is crisp and nice. The camera is a little longer than regular webcams but I am willing to put up with the size if it helps me focusing on the screen instead of the camera. The camera adjusts the picture to the light, which is a great feature and, teamed up with Microsoft Teams, it does amazing! I think it is worth what you pay for. I am really happy with this camera. I also love that it is USB C instead of the old USB A interface.

Unique camera for eye contact
Clever smart camera positioning. Great for use in telehealth, I think it helps with building a good bond and feeling like you are actually looking at the client directly. Plug and play, simple to install. I like the USB-C connector that comes along with it. My system is built to transmit 4k, but I think it's clearer than my stick laptop camera. Would also be interesting to include with a light, I think my room is a bit dark and this is better at picking that up.

Meh, not worth what it costs
This camera works fine but since it doesn't turn off when its flipped up one has to figure out how to block the camera for privacy when not using. The company that makes the camera is kind enough to sell a astic cover but shouldn't that have been included in the first place. The add on price for a simple privacy blocker is stunningly preposterous considering how expensive this camera already is.

Reserved! Would look at other options
The basic idea of looking straight at the display with this camera was appealing. I tested two units. In one the light panel kept flickering, it was returned. The resolution is not that great on this camera, although it says 4K. Other issues are: 1. when the stick is retracted, the image is inverted 90 degrees and there is no way to change that but to move the stick with the camera (otherwise your image is sideways, 2. there is no indicator on the camera that it is on (annoying, particularly if your image is sideways, 3. more importantly, the software that is marketed as an enhancement to the camera is in beta (and has been for a while) and it is super buggy, for example, when you quit the app it freezes (I was told this is a known issue), other features do not work (the software does not detect the camera sadly and you are asked to use another completely different app, which is disappointing. I still have the camera but for its price is not worth it-likely going back.

I’m really impressed with this webcam. I work from home and have a lot of video calls, so good image quality is essential — and this camera delivers perfectly. The picture is clear, the colors look natural, and the light correction works great even on cloudy days. My older son also uses it for his streaming, and it performs just as well for him. Overall, a great purchase for both work and creative use

DONT BUY. The product was clearly used before. There was dust on the lens and the protective sticker was partly removed and dusty. The image quality is also not 4k.

Webcam works great! Image is pretty good for my virtual meetings. I like the fact that I look more natural with the camera in the centre of the screen. The bar does not bother me - in fact, sometimes I forget the stow the camera and can still see my screen fine. Software is not the best, but I don’t need it anyway. Very expensive for what you get. The $12 privacy screen should come with it at this price, but has to be ordered separately. A better option would be to have a switch that automatically turns the camera off when in the stowed position.
