Can't fault at all . They say you get what you pay for but with these cameras I think you get more than what you pay for . So many features and great picture

Good product for the price. Pretty good picture quality. Had a few issues connecting box to network but support was very good aswell. Very happy with them so far.

These cameras are excellent. They are quite easy to set up and the video resolution is excellent. They are also very responsive compared to my old wifi cameras, so overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Purchased this camera (ZOSI 5MP C296B) to integrate with an existing NVR-based setup. It’s marketed as a smart, Wi-Fi 6, AI-enabled PTZ solution. What I received was an app-only, cloud-bound device that cannot be accessed locally, offers no industry-standard integration, and raises significant privacy concerns.1. Not ONVIF or RTSP Compatible — Despite ClaimsThere is no RTSP stream, no ONVIF profile, and no browser-based configuration panel. I tested it using ONVIF Device Manager, ZOSI’s own PC client, and manual port scans. All expected service ports were closed or filtered. ZOSI support falsely claimed: “Our cameras support ONVIF.” No instructions were provided, and no functionality exists in practice.2. No Local Network Access — All Video Routes via ZOSI CloudThis camera cannot be accessed directly over a LAN. All streaming goes through ZOSI’s servers — even when the viewing device and camera are on the same network. There is no option to view or record locally using standard software, protocols, or hardware. I attempted to use CamHi and other local tools — all failed.The app enforces remote login and provides no transparency about where data is routed or stored, nor whether any of it is encrypted in transit. This raises clear privacy and security concerns, especially for users placing cameras in sensitive areas.3. AI, PTZ and Night Vision WeakAI tracking is hit-and-miss. It loses subjects quickly and doesn’t re-centre or reacquire. Presets do not return accurately, and there’s no auto-patrol. Night vision is serviceable up to ~10m, far less than the 30m advertised. Spotlight illumination is too weak to improve this materially.4. No IP Configuration or Web GUIThere is no way to set static IPs, adjust resolution/bitrate, or configure encoding. All controls are confined to the mobile app — which is limited, laggy, and unreliable on iOS.Summary:This is not a professional-grade IP camera. It’s a locked-down, cloud-bound consumer gadget with no respect for open standards or user control. ZOSI actively blocks ONVIF/RTSP and forces cloud reliance. There is no LAN-only mode and no assurance your footage isn’t passing through unsecured foreign servers.I am returning this to Amazon. It is not suitable for security or surveillance purposes and should not be advertised as ONVIF-compatible or LAN-accessible.Avoid completely.

Had to replace my old cameras as they broke down, the quality of these are better than my old ones. I only replaced the camera and I used my existing casing. Dont know what the night vision is like yet. Will be ordering some more👍🏼

Work well and easy to fit

I wanted to change one of my many my outdated cameras and this proved to be a decent camera for the price.Pros: solid, easy setup, ok options, looks nice, great night vision.Cons: average image quality, the movement options are not precise, something you get even on cheap cameras.Conclusion: I would buy it again !

Great PTZ camera connects to WiFi easily and if you have a poe nvr it connects to it via WiFi so no need to pay for cloud storage. Picture quality is good and good night quality.
