I bought this for a friend to use for writing a book. She wanted a non-electric type that she learned how to type at school. It stops working not too long after she got it. She can't even find anyone to work on it. The keys are jamming.

Great when you can’t use the pc.

This typewriter is a USED and defective product. I would never buy from this seller again. It was shown as a "new" product which it clearly is NOT. Sadly, I didn't look at it carefully when it first arrived due to some serious health issues I was experiencing. Now that I am well and wanted to use this item, it is useless without taking it to a repair shop for who knows what expenses that would entail. I am extremely disappointed and would warn anyone else thinking of buying this item or using this vendor.

Not worth 1 star. Not good buy. Took it forever to get here and sticks too much. Not worth money.

there was pieces broken on it, keys did not work, and it was not clean,
