Works, I stopped using and noticed it’s harder to keep my weight off will buy again I took for 6 months it is well worth the price, no bad side effects, I mostly noticed that my weight was managed better no extra energy really.

Turns my urine a fluorescent yellow color which is fun. I believe this supplement actually works to help maintain normal blood sugar and I can't say that for many of the supplements I have tried that make the same claim but do nothing.

Used to love this product until they reduced the mgs and forced me to take 4 pills per serving. I take this twice a day and there's no way I'm taking 8 of these alone.

I started the dihydroberberine to help with some of my PCOS symptoms. After doing a lot of research I found the dihydroberberine has much better oral absorption than regular Berberine. I also like that these have the magnesium and cinnamon in it as both have been shown to have positive effects on PCOS and blood sugar control. I’ve been taking it for about three weeks now and noticed an almost immediate change. I noticed I wasn’t near as hungry as normal and could get away with doing much smaller meals through the day. I typically crave carbs and sugar and noticed the cravings went down almost immediately. I do have a lot of hormone fluctuations so it could be attributed to that as well. But I noticed I get a lot hungrier when I don’t take the medication in the mornings. I just recently started my cycle and the first thing I noticed was I started on time for the first time in months. I also had significantly less menstruation than normal and only had one day of cramps. That to me was a huge win in itself. I read that it takes around 2-3 months to see true changes but I definitely plan to continue taking and see how much more it helps. As for side effects- I normally am very sensitive to medications. My stomach typically gives me problems daily. However, this hasn’t caused any distress to me at all. If anything, I think it’s helping make me regular and helping to reduce some of the cravings I have that can upset my stomach. Again, the dihydroberberine does have better oral absorption so I do feel like it helps to reduce some of those side effects. Overall, I’m really happy with the product and hope it helps further regulate my blood sugar and hormones.

I liked that it was gentler on my stomach than plain Berberine which my stomach has never tolerated without issues. I also like the added bonus of the cinnamon, r-alpha lipoic acid and apigenen. I wish it was free from all fillers (apart from the spirulina) and in a two pill dosage instead of the four but it is not a huge deal because the capsules aren’t super large. What I love the most is the effectiveness which speaks volumes about its potency. I definitely recommend using it as I’ve lost those pesky 5 lbs I was having trouble losing since the start of 2025.

It has been working for me.
