The Mahjongg table is beautiful, very high quality and works seamlessly! The video instruction for assembly was spot-on! A one page instructional sheet was also included and was very helpful. Any question I had regarding tiles, racks or the table were answered immediately either by a phone call or e-mail. I had two tiles that lacked color on the number and the replacement tiles were immediately sent to me! I would highly recommend purchasing this table from USAMJTABLE! Great company, great service!

This table is beautiful and works so well! It is quiet and allows for constant play!! We love it! Customer service was incredible!! Super responsive and helpful! They were there for us while we put it together and afterwards for follow up. An actual human helped us, sent videos, and provided outstanding assistance!

A beautiful table that can be used in so many ways... dining, crafts, poker and of course, auto MJ! Our basement, which was hardly ever used, is now the main hangout thanks to this table. I, a 50yr old petite lady, dared to assemble this table alone while my husband was out of town... and succeeded! (Although I still would recommend two people due to the heavy weight.) The instructions were fairly easy to follow but it arrived with a jammed tile slot. Within minutes, Ricky responded to my email and customized a video to quickly help resolve the issue. So far, pretty happy with this purchase.

Beautiful table, works great but the delivery & assembly was stressful. Arrived on big heavy wooden platform, they refused to walk up two steps to our front porch where we usually receive packages. We had to dispose of the wooden platform ourselves, probably should've been more careful and ordered the option for them to deliver to a room (I didn't see that until after the fact). Then, the lack of instructions to assemble...please be prepared. The QR code with links to videos did not show the exact folding ultra-thin automatic table with wheels we bought. The first part matched up for one of the videos but then the pieces on the video were for a totally different table. I emailed customer service for a better video or instructions that matched our table. They asked for my order number which I supplied but then it was radio silence, never heard back again. If you have someone handy, then they can still figure it out hopefully. It takes 2 people to get the items out of the box safely and assemble the pedestal and table initially. Then one person can complete. We chose to keep the default code 01 for 144 tiles (chinese style mahjong), been working well. Initially I had to press 2 red buttons simultaneously for the center control panel to rise, now just one red button works the way it should to bring it either up/down. Family and friends love the table. Would've been 5 stars except for the stress with lack of exact instructions and never hearing back from customer service which was disappointing. SO be prepared. Also, you can'y tilt to fold up the table unless you remove all the tiles (super heavy and hard to store) so we're not planning to use the folding feature.

One of tiles got jammed by accident and got support how to unjam it right away. Great product and customer support.

My wife has become a Mahjong wiz, and she loves the game. I surprised her with this table and she absolutely loves it. It is well made and was pretty easy to assemble, but the directions could be clearer. The company would benefit from hiring a translator to write a comprehensive manual for it, rather than having videos that handle assembly and play separately. I did have some issues with damage, but the company replaced the damaged part with no issues. I would also recommend that the writing on the controls be made available with English versions. Overall, a great table and fun to use.

We play as a two player game (loser pays the two empty seats as if they had been occupied), it's a GREAT game for a couple. Therfore for us, setting up the walls is double the work. We have severe physical difficulties: multiple neuropathies, tinnitus, rotator cuff tears and many more. The table is a pleasure to use and beautiful on our tinnitus ears, so quiet and fast. The playing surface cloth is thick and really nicely thought out. It's simple to use. Amazon mistakenly had sent the wrong tiles (a simple error that anyone could have made, understandable) and the vendor immediately sent out replacements whilst we played with the existing tiles. Somewhat of a big purchase but every time it automatically sets up the walls, I hear "Expensive, but SOOOOO worth it!" WE LOVE ❤️ this table and seller. This totally honest and accurate review is from a genuine and non incentive purchaser. We thank both seller and manufacturer for a top notch product!

Really surprised at how complicated the product looked like at first. But working step by step through the instructions I easily managed to put them all together very easily. The product is pre-set for code 01 so I didn’t have to change the code. But if I have to it is all laid out in the instructions. It is better to print the instructions rather than working on it thru your phone. It makes it a lot easier. After everything was assembled you have to go thru a video from link provided in order to load the tiles and learn how the product actually works. The video was clear enough to work with. It is better though to take notes from the video for the instructions. Great looking product in the end.
