This mandolin is great quality, sharp and cuts well. It is easy to use, works well, and I like the blade variety to cut different vegetables and fruits. The size is perfect to fit on the counter or cabinet. It is also easy to take apart and clean. I also appreciate the safety feature it us a nice addition.

Bought this slicer to cut WHOLE apples for the dehydrator to make apple chips. The slicer’s slicing hole is so small that we had to cut the apples in quarters in order for it to fit through. We didn’t get slices we got bits and pieces. We wasted more apples than was useable in the dehydrator. This was a waste of money! I do not recommend anyone buying this unless you are making small pieces for snacks. It has been used so can’t return it, i put it in the donation box and ordered another brand.

Was surprised how sturdy this slicer feels for the price. The plastic is thick, the blades lock in firmly, and it doesn’t wobble while you’re slicing potatoes or cucumbers. Cleanup is simple and most parts go in my dishwaher without any issues. Makes weeknight cooking easier.

i wanted a pepperoni slicer, i was told that this worked on that and other things, well it doesn't. wanted thin sliced pepperoni for snacks (bought a stick of pepperoni) I tried to slice it in the slicer and all it did was jam up and make chucks, i could have done that on my own. Seemed like a good idea maybe for carrots but anything else it doesn't do what it is suppose to

Very safe mandoline. Julianned several different vegetables: carrots, cucumbers and celery. Cuts were accurate and even. Container caught all prodcuce. Not possible to get all the vegetables sliced. Last quarter inch won't go. Clean up easy.
