I received a non-functional (dead) laptop. While the physical condition appeared satisfactory, the device does not power on. The Caps Lock and power buttons are flashing, indicating an issue. Upon contacting the seller's support, I was instructed to send the laptop to Bangalore for repairs, after which it would be returned to me. Amazon's customer support also declined to accept a return, citing a lack of stock for replacement. Instead, they proposed sending a technician to resolve the issue.This entire process has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Why should a buyer endure such inconvenience for a defective product?I strongly advise against purchasing refurbished products from Amazon, as it may lead to unnecessary hassles.It is far better to buy from a local vendor, even if it means spending a bit more, as the peace of mind is worth it.

Recently, I bought a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad L490 (i5 8th Gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) from Amazon.in. After using it continuously for seven days, here’s my detailed review:Pros ✅1. Overall, the laptop is nice to use.It comes with pre-installed Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office, which is a great advantage.2. Performance is good with 16GB RAM.It could have been even better with a higher processor, but it still performs quite well.3. Screen quality, keyboard, and trackpad are all good.Typing is comfortable, and the trackpad is smooth and responsive.Cons ❌1. Screen issues:Although the screen looks good overall, there are 1-2 small white dots on it. They aren’t noticeable from a distance (8-10 meters), but when viewed up close, they are visible.2. Terrible camera quality 📷:The built-in webcam is pathetic—so bad that I can’t even use it for Zoom or Google Meet.The camera area has black marks, the lens is blurry and dirty, making it completely useless. 0 stars for the camera.3. Physical defect:There is a non-removable mark on the edge of the laptop. I tried cleaning it with a cotton cloth, but it won't go away.4. Logo scratches:On the bottom surface, near the keyboard, the seller placed a sticker to hide the damaged ThinkPad logo.The logo is completely scratched and damaged—not just on the bottom, but also on the front part of the laptop.5. Poor battery life 🔋:It takes 2-3 hours to fully charge, but drains within just 45 minutes of continuous usage.6. Charging issue:Sometimes, when I plug in the charger, the laptop blinks randomly. This happens about 3 out of 5 times, and I’m not sure why.Final Verdict ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)I am deducting 1 star because of the damaged logo, poor battery life, and useless camera.Who should buy this? 🎓 If you're a student or a light user, this laptop is fine.Who should avoid it? 🚀 If you need a laptop for professional or heavy work, this is not the best choice.I will update this review if I notice anything new in the future.Thanks! 😊

Please don't buy this product anyone, laptop outlook is ok but working condition of the laptop very poor even I don't recommend this laptop for one star also, after purchasing 2 months laptop giving trouble while opening, working finally known that no use for money. Due to this issue connected to the seller they are not ready to repair and we need to bear the courier charges to send the laptop to thier adress on what assurance we should leave the laptop? and no genuine partner they are and how to believe on repair.Amazan please set a guidelines for third party seller and after sales service.Finally poor response and service from seller and the Amazon.
