I did not feel any difference in this product but it was easy to digest and tasty

I saw NAD ads all over Tiktok....sooo I came to Amazon to check it out. Found these gummies to test and am happy to report I have definitely had good results with it. The only thing I had to change was when I ate/took them. I now know I have to space any supplements 4 hours or more after I take my thyroid medicine. I had been taking it after I ate breakfast, about an hour after the thyroid. It affected the absorption of my levothyroxine and my TSH shot up. Will be seeing if it makes any difference in 2 months. Now I take my thyroid by itself early in the morning, and my supplements in the evening at supper.

Taste great like lifesaver gummies. I can’t speak on the effect I had on me and it’s possible I may need to take them longer, but if you’re looking for some wow moment and super changes in your brain or functionality, you’re better off starting with changing your diet. Other than the taste, I can’t really say they did much for me.

This is a good product I ordered 6 months ago and have seen improvements on my skin energy and less body aches. I feel the 1500 mg is strong so I only take it 2-3 times a week instead of daily.i hope this helps someone who is feeling woozy like I did after taking it everyday at first
