If you are looking for something to add to your foot soaking experience, this is very fragrant and the magnesium seems to help relax and renew tired painful feet. I just shared a foot soak experience with my husband. He soaked his feet first for ten minutes and I could tell this softened and got rid of some dry skin on his feet. When I used it I noticed my feet were not in pain while walking around right afterwards. The scent of the essentials oils are heavenly really duplicating a forest atmosphere. The bag just sitting in my bedroom on a shelf scented the whole area after I had just opened it and then closed it up again. So the quality of the essential oils in this magnesium mixture is very high! I will get this again, especially for the pain relief! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. This is a nice, serenely scented product. It'a great for soothing aching muscles in a warm bath. I bought two more bags as soon as my first one started getting low.

This stuff is great I bought it for my boyfriend who is a body builder because he takes magnesium baths for muscle recovery and it had a relaxing scent. He loves it and I’ve already had to replace it in a month! Doesn’t smell fake or artificial at all

I decided to try the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes in Forest Calm, and overall, I’m impressed. The scent is fantastic—it’s fresh and earthy, like being in a quiet forest, which made for a really calming experience. I added the flakes to a warm bath after dealing with some lower back pain, and it definitely helped ease the soreness. There are just a couple of downsides. First, while I know it’s common, the magnesium left my hands feeling pretty dried out after using it. Also, the price is on the higher side for what you get. Still, the relaxation and relief it provided made it worth trying, especially if you’re dealing with muscle tension or soreness.

This product was recommended to me by my naturopath and to be honest I love it anytime I’m stressed or having a lot of body aches. I just take a bath or even soak my feet with this flakes and there are amazing.
