Bisquick Betty Crocker Bisquick Reduced Fat - 40 oz

I purchased this heart healthy Bisquick mix to make pancakes. In more than 50 years I can't make pancakes, so I gave this a try. The directions were easy, they have directions on the back for pancakes and for waffles, I chose the pancake recipe, it says it makes 14 pancakes. As I stated, I can't make pancakes, this time was no exception, I guess I used too much batter because it only made 8 pancakes and they were really thick, but they cooked up great, not burned, and cooked through. I served them with syrup, and they were delicious! I put the leftover ones in the fridge. My nephew came over, saw the large, thick pancakes and was excited because he thought I made black and white cookies and offered to ice them. I gave him a tub of chocolate icing and a tub of vanilla and he iced the cold pancakes. They held up great to his icing, and everyone loved the black and white cookies, said they were better than the bakery! So now I have heart healthy pancake mix, waffle mix, cookie mix, and strawberry shortcake mix all in one! Quick and easy! All cook up nicely in the pan, I serve pancakes for breakfast and use the leftovers for black and white cookies or I add strawberries and cream for a layered strawberry shortcake. This mix has made cooking easier and it's heart healthy and delicious! I will definitely buy it again!

This is very good product. The biscuits taste great. Instructions are easy to follow.

Bisquick arrived in a timely manner

Cant get this in my local store so thought I would give it a try. Its a bit differnt, dryer than my regular bisquick but seems to work as good. Bisquick is so versitile, there are cook books out there and even many tasty recipes on their website, give this a try.
