I loved this book from the moment I picked it up. It has recipes I have seen before in other books but more than happy to try their version, as they look and sound amazing, then there are things I have not seen before. There is Mezze, so many mezze that makes you want to make them, a section on Carbs and the food in there is beautiful. I don't know where to start as there is so many things I cannot wait to try. A definite book to add to your cookbook pile.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this cookbook. And the photos are gorgeous. I have made several of the recipes and they are not difficult and very delicious. I like wandering into a new area of cooking and this delivers. It has lovely history in it and more than just recipes. It tells you how to present the food and traditions that go with it.I will give this book to my friends for gifts. You will love it. Just buy it.
