Absolutely love this waist trainer. Material is thick and doesn’t slide and inch when wearing or working out. Sizing is accurate. Honestly shocked at the quality for the price. Will be buying a second one.

For anyone this could help; I have a 42 inch waist and bought the XL. It's pretty small on me, but the widest latch is doable if I squeeze in really tight. This is putting it on by myself. If I had help, it may be a bit easier! Though I suggest anyone in the same boat get an XXL, as I can imagine you could make use of all 3 latches. The quality of the product is amazing and it is thin enough it does not appear through clothing. Definitely worth it!
