Wow!
I'm 30 years old, had a partial hysterectomy 2 years ago - so my menopause is surgically induced.I've been sleeping absolutely rubbish, pain everywhere, gut issues and so irritable (felt so sorry for my poor husband).I've been on these 2 days now and can feel the improvement in myself, my moods picked up, I actually feel like I've slept and I no longer feel irritated by the little things!I would highly recommend these to any of my menopausal friends! The hot flushes still come and go but they don't feel like my heads going to explode from overheating!

Work well - bought these for my wife. Only realised how well they worked when she stopped taking them for a while and turned back into a menopausal monster - so quickly got her back on them and life is bearable for us both again!!

Pretty annoyed!
This product was amazing for my menopause symptoms. However, it was out of stock for over 3 months so I had to use an alternative brand which totally messed me up. I've only just got used to the other brand now

Be Careful
When I first taking these they were great. Really helped me but…….over a few weeks I became bloated every time I ate and started getting very constipated. Long and short of it is I’ve spent 3 nights calling paramedics out and spending time in A&E due to excruciating stomach pains. Whereas, I can’t say 100% it’s because of these, I personally believe it is as have never had such severe pains before to the point where I couldn’t move.Everyone is different, and these may be the answer for you but and again I stress I can’t say for definite these caused my stomach cramps, bloating, constipation and severe pains be careful what you buy online, speak to a healthcare professional before purchasing anything.
