I’ve been using these ginger foot pads for a few nights now, and I can already feel a difference. They’re super easy to stick on and stay in place all night but I have to wear socks, if not the black residue will be all over the bed. I love that they use natural ingredients like ginger and bamboo vinegar—it smells kind of relaxing too. In the morning, my feet feel lighter and less tired. I wasn’t sure if they’d really work, but I’m actually impressed. The pad turning black in the morning. It looks gross, but maybe it’s a sign of detoxification? I will continue to use it every night and see if my tight calf will be gone with routine patching.

I've been using these pads since they arrived. They're large, breathable, comfortable, and don't fall off easily. They're very relaxing for your feet because they contain natural ingredients like bamboo vinegar, ginger, and wormwood powder. They're easy to use. Clean and dry both feet. Tear and use. Then, stick the pad to your foot. Finally, remove and discard.

This was very easy to place on my feet. It had no smell but it did leave spots on my bed when I didnt wear socks. It was as comfortable as could be.

These foot detox pads are great! I use them at night before I go to bed, and they stay on well since they use a good adhesive. I leave them on about 8 hours if I can and when I take them off and cleanse my feet, I feel so good. It's such a nice, light, and clean feeling I get after using them. They are a great buy and good for your body. I would recommend them

The adhesive on these is far too strong! I used them overnight on my feet, then ended up ripping off large portions of my skin, while trying to remove them. Took a couple of months to heal from that! If there's some way to weaken the adhesive before you put them on, I recommend it! Get them stuck to a layer of toilet paper first, or dryer lint. Such a shame, because the product is otherwise very helpful for aches/pains/inflammation.

These work great. They are easy to put on and the adhesive keeps it on your feet. I noticed the effects and pain relief shortly after putting them on. I’m definitely ordering more.

Oh My Gosh.... THE SMELL WILL KILL YOU..!! DO NOT PURCHASE. The smell of this foot pad item is UNBEARABLE. I can usually tolerate stinking stuff BUT this GOES TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. NEAUSEATING...!!! In the morning I peel the pad off and washed by feet thoroughly and still the smell is there -- this is krazy!!! My entire bed and bed linens stinks of this foot pad. I only used 1 Pad not 2 to experiment with and wore socks to bed and yet the smell is still there -awful. My whole bedroom stinks no exaggeration. This is worse than BENGAY or TIGER BALM. It's bad. DEFINATELY.... DEFINATELY... DEFINATELY... RETURNING WITHOUT A DOUBT $9.99 not worth it. This is was a bad purchase on my part. NEVER AGAIN..!!

I had bought these a couple of years ago and forgot about them. Our household ended up sick for two weeks. I remember the pads. My husband is swearing by these now. He said he has sleeping better than ever. So now we have bought another box. My daughter is now sick, so I gave her a couple pads to help detox.
