I bought this for my adult daughter who works at a school and goes out with the kids at recess time. This winter was very cold and this helped. The battery worked great, and nice having the heat levels to adjust as needed. There was no heavy weight to it. Great value for the money.

This does not work. I tried to get a refund but they sent me a replacement instead. IT DOES NOT WORK ALSO. I send it back also. They claim to not have received it. Amazon does not answer the phone so I can't ask for help. They are all playing games with me. Amazon needs to have better control over what they sell. First I had a scarf that didn't heat up. Now I don't even have a scarf. Amazon owes me $37.68 plus tax.

I love the soft fabric and ease of use. It heats up quickly and looks elegant. My only complaint is that it shorts out, if not disconnected from the battery unit when not in use.

This was a perfect Christmas present for my wife in the cold winter season. She has plenty of scarves, but nothing with an internal heating pad that she can wear out, what a game changer. What’s especially important is that it actually comes with the battery pack, so no need to go find your own. So many items on Amazon require you to buy that separately, which can cost so much more than the price of this entire scarf, so it’s actually a great deal considering all that’s included. The battery is a “Model PT-988” with charging capacity of 5000mAh 18.5Wh, so should have no problem bringing onboard a flight as well. For power, there’s a Type-C input with a cord for recharging, and the output is USB that the scarf plugs into and tucks away.And I should point, if you’re not using the scarf for warmth, you can always plug your cell phone into the battery pack for charging in the go. What a great bonus!The scarf itself is quite small compared to most, but that’s because it’s not necessary to wrap around the neck multiple times like a typical scarf. There’s 3 heating pads internally, one directly across the back of the neck, and one on each side so you’re completely covered in warmth. As for functionality, simply press the black rubber button for low, medium, and high settings to crank up the heat. My wife pretty much has it on high every time, but I run hot so if I were to wear it, the low setting would be more than enough for me. But considering the fluffy white style of this, it’s definitely made for women only which is why it’s not a very large hole for the neck in the first place. Women should want it snug to the neck so I think they sized it just right. I tried over and over again to get this battery pack to work but it would not. I don't know if it was the battery life that was faulty or something else, but it would not turn on the scarf at all. I could not feel any heat coming through the scarf which was a super bummer. The only reason that I'm giving it stars at all is because the scarf itself was nice and fit well and was comfortable. But it would have been really awesome if it would actually heat up.

The battery pack is decent and stays on for quite a bit.If you have a bigger neck, this may not be fit you. It fortunately fit me and the plush material is soft and comforting. The price point is fair and affordable. I highly recommend.

This is very soft, I like that it has 3 heat settings. The colder the weather, the higher the level. The battery life is great, stays charged as I am out and about. It's great on the go and functions as a heat source..
