Love, love, looooooove these tiny tablets!!! They are really tiny, so easy to swallow. And they do work as I feel relief from pain, after taking them. I can't recommend them enough, they are really so good!!

I go these tablets as I've heard many good things about Turmeric with regards to their health benefits ( obvs do your own research prior to taking these ).After now taking these for over a month I do feel that I have avoided a few seasonal type illnesses which I generally do suffer with this time of year ie flu / colds etc.I found that the tablets were easy to swallow due to their small size ( im normally a nightmare trying to swallow pills ).The quantity of the pill is great with 120 in the packet.. so in reality you are looking at the best part of 4 months supply if you take the 2 pills per day recommended dose.. so at £6.99 these are great value for money.The packet is resealable so this will ensure that the tablets remain at their optimum condition for the 4 months.I haven't found that I have had any nasty after effects so I am going to keep on taking them for the foreseeable.

Well worth the money

I've been consuming turmeric for many years and I'm absolutely convinced of its effectiveness in helping with things like skin complaints and tendonitis. Consuming this Pact Nutrition product over a few weeks has had the usual subtle benefits. This supplement comes in the form of small yellow/orange, hard tablets, rather than the usual capsules. 2002mg of turmeric (one serving, which is two tablets) is probably a standard amount for a supplement of this type. Black pepper is also present, which is known to boost absorption of turmeric in the body, by up to seven times according to some studies, and there is also a decent amount (300mg per serving) of this present. Freshly ground black pepper is said to be most effective, so I try to consume these tablets with additional freshly ground pepper, sometimes just eating a few whole peppercorns at the same time. This supplement also contains ginger (1000mg per serving), another anti inflammatory ingredient. There is also 16mg of vitamin C and 5 micrograms of vitamin D per serving, both of which are fairly low doses compared to some specific vitamin-only supplements, so I'd not worry about consuming them with the turmeric and ginger. Indeed, I'd be more inclined to take this supplement during the winter months, when the NHS recommends that most or all people take a vitamin D supplement due to lack of exposure to sunlight. The good thing about one serving being split into two tablets, is that you can just take one per day for half of the dose, should you choose to do so.The full list of ingredients is: microcrystalline cellulose, turmeric extract (35:1), ginger extract (23:1), black pepper extract (10:1), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium stearate and plant-source vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol from vita-algae D). The average consumer has no way of testing products like this to make sure they are what they say they are, but I've no reason to believe otherwise. The product is marked as vegan on the packaging.The best before date was 36 months away from the date of delivery.

Wow great value for money these supplements are. Easy to take, good quality. Known for aches and pains, I would agree! These are high strength so even better. Great that they are vegan!

Good ingredients at decent strengths includes black pepper, ginger plus vitamins C and D3. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

Good informative packagingEasy to swallowI swear by taking these daily to give me a boost, i do not think i have felt poorly with flu like symptoms or a cold in the 18 months ive been taking turmeric supplements. Its always great to try new brands, good value for money.

Personally I prefer the capsules, finding them easier to swallow - but they are more expensive. I do feel that i am benefitting fro taking these, but do your own research.These are nicely packaged in a resealable bag, come from a reputable brand, and are well-priced.I'm amending this review - only slightly - as I had inadvertently mixed these up with a different (but very similar product) that I had previously reviewed.
