It feels like 40% Aata mix within it ..!! And also over priced as compare to INR

The taste is very strong and earthy, so I recommend mixing it with milk or juice. After consistent use for 3 weeks, I feel less fatigue and better mood. Worth the effort if you’re into Ayurveda.
