My knees are really bad have tried different things to help the pain these patches have fairly eased the pain a lot

I dont know if these work or not as some heat nicely and others you don't feel anything, stick well and when they do heat, does relieve some pain

I suffer from a lot of aches and pains and I have been trying different heat pads etc. These are just amazing, I wear them on my knees and my back and they stay put!! Plus you still feel the heat hours later. I'm a carer and I rave about these to my colleagues. They definitely do what it says on the box.

These patches did not heat up at all. Very sticky on skin and had to use nail polish remover to get the adhesive off my shoulder. They look and act like a medium size sticking plaster and that’s all. No pain relief whatsoever.

These helped with keeping my muscle warm as I suffer sciatica. Nice size . Smell herbal. The only thing I didn't like it trying to get the sticky stuff off back when finished.

I have a patch on the back of my neck as I write this review. My eyes are almost watering with the burn generated but I refuse to take it off because my Mum raised a warrior woman! 😂🤣 This product is great value for money and you can place the patches in most places on the body so they're very versatile. I would highly recommend these patches as long as you follow the instructions carefully 😉

Ordered them and when they came I thought they was a bit thin but put one on my back and wow it was so warm and stayed that way all day well worth the money I would definitely buy them again
